It actually took me two days before i was able to make the payment for webhosting as my PayPal account was complaining of payment limit and i couldn't resolve it until i was able to chat with a Hostripple representative who helped to enable card payment and immediately i inserted the card details, the payment was approved and was successful. very seamless.

Host ripples has after 7 years changed…
Host ripples has after 7 years changed many of the terms in my original contract. I am not please with those changes or how they were done. I am now required to pay for the primary domain on my reseller. I am unable to access cpanel or whm for the account wihtout jumping through several workarounds. I have sporadic notifcations about storage limitions of my unlimited plan being exceed even with usage as low as 60 GB. And the customer service has simply gotten terrible.

They seem to be a fraudulent company…
They seem to be a fraudulent company that hosts their own suite of fraudulent, scam websites. Try calling their phone number --it goes to voice mail. Their chat is run in some questionable location and when you tell them their phone number doesn't work, they want you to call them using WhatsApp. Wow. Something definitely doesn't smell right here. All the other reviews look to have been posted either by their own staff or by fake users.

Excellent Customer Service
I have always received excellent customer service when I have required help. Tonight June 22, 2023 Isabelle, Robart and Philip were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They quickly rectified the first issue and helped me through understanding a program feature that involved payments. A ticket was quickly made by Isabelle to solve a second technical issue.
Thanks team for a job well done.
