Bait and switch. They don't carry anything.
Caution! Most things they don't carry, they order everything and it takes forever! Strung me along and held my money for 5 months before telling me they couldn't get what I ordered and tried to switch me to another product that was 50% higher cost. They would not honor the price of what was sold. Bait and switch.

While I greatly appreciate the prompt delivery of my previous order and the excellent service provided, I am yet to receive the tracking ID for my next Order SO511439 & Invoice no.5386 I understand that delays can sometimes occur, but I've been eagerly anticipating the arrival of this order and would greatly appreciate any updates or information you can provide regarding the tracking status. I'm not quite sure of the specifics of your order, but please know we do try to get everything out the door as quickly as possible, keeping costs at a minimum, and as convenient for you as possible.
Dependable
I use Hose Warehouse because they are dependable. There is an open line of communication throughout the whole ordering process so I don't have to wonder when my parts will arrive.
