The selection of plants are varied and you are able to choose different levels of growth. I had chosen a spider plant as one of my orders and Hortology contacted me during their selection and sent pictures of the plant as it was not as full leafed as I had chose. I was given options on what I wanted to do. I cannot fault their excellent customer service and with a 2 day delivery what's not to like

I really appreciate that the company contacted me about problem with one of my item I have ordered and it was quickly resolved and I received my order shortly afterwards.

I ordered the Sansevieria Snake Plant as a 60th birthday gift and was really impressed by the service. I made an error with the pot size during checkout, but I was contacted promptly and guided through amending the order to ensure the plant and pot were a perfect fit. The adjustment was easy, and I made the additional payment without issue.

The gift arrived on time, well-packaged, and was delivered directly to the recipient. I was told the plant was full and healthy, and the pot was elegant and perfectly matched making the whole gift feel thoughtful and high end.

I've bought plants and pots from Hortology several times now. Price wise, they are on a par with other comparable, reputable companies but I do feel that the quality of the plants I have received is slightly better than others that I have used in the past. 24 hour turn around from order to dispatch (weekends excepted) Never been disappointed or let down. I've even had a call on a previous order saying that the pot I'd ordered that they had already picked out had a slight defect and did I want a discount or a pristine pot. They have packaging down to fine art and everything that I have ever received has been pristine. I would have no reservation recommending Hortology whatsoever.

I had ordered the wrong sized pot for the plant I'd picked. I was contacted, a really friendly email, letting me know the correct pot size.
When the selected pot arrived at Hortology, it was a different shade to that on the website, so they emailed again with a picture and asked if I would be happy with the pot, and if I wasn't I was free to select another one. I had interactions with Allix, Charlotte and Ellen, completely seamless, super friendly and helpful

Excellent choice of plants of different sizes. Delivery service prompt and all was in good order. The plant was good quality, well established. On arrival the leaves were in need of a wipe down with a damp cloth as dusty and after that the plant looked very happy. Love the pot choices and the information about pot sizes to avoid buying the wrong one - thank you!

Great service. The team is so great at communicating with me regarding condition of the plant and feedback and delivery was quick and smooth. Plant was packed well in a safe box despite the delivery guy placed the box on its side. I would definitely buy again.

Delivery was super fast. Have ordered the tree last year with some other app and it took 10 days to deliver whereas this time the order was delivered within 3 days.

I have not received a reply to my email or the item that I ordered. The delivery driver picture is of a house 5/6 properties away from me. They all have house names, and is different to mine.
The plant is not going to be in it's best condition by the time I eventually get it? So far NOT impressed.

I was extremely sceptical about ordering pots and plants online however this company exceeded expectations. The packaging keeps everything in perfect condition and the quality was excellent. Certainly takes the hassle out of finding exactly what I want by shopping in person.

It’s a good looking pot and I like the design and colour. I needed a large pot to put a moss pole in and the size is just right. This is my 4th from Hortology and if I need any more, this will be my first stop.!

I ordered something from this website and it took them 9 days just to dispatch it. By comparison, I ordered a scent from lookfantasic.com recently and that was delivered about 14 hours after I bought it.
