Please contact us directly with your order details so we can investigate and update you as soon as possible. We assure you that we are a legitimate business and we are here to resolve this matter for you. As a gesture of goodwill for your honest review, we would like to offer you a $5 store credit. My experience has been largely positive but…
My experience has been largely positive with them, that lead to the many repeated support. Their product range are nice, with attractive prices and promo and advertising now and then that make it tempting to go ahead with the purchase.
However the recent experience came quite disappointing after I make use of their same day delivery to a separate location.
Having set the delivery address to the said location but texting the customer service agent to amend the billing address to my home location, the parcel ended up sending to my home address (billing address). And that’s disappointing because me and my wife had made an impromptu staycation plan that night and was excited for those item purchased to be used. Attempt to reach to the customer service again to request of a recourse action but no definite reply of action was received.
A thumbs up though to them for offering to have the parcel collected from my home to have it delivered to the correct delivered address, but that only come the next day, which is too late.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We truly appreciate your continued support and are glad to know that your overall experiences with our product range, pricing, and promotions have been largely positive.
We are sincerely sorry to hear about the disappointment with your recent same day delivery order. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially since you had made special plans and were looking forward to using the items that evening. That is certainly not the experience we want for our returning customers.
From what you described, there was a miscommunication between the delivery and billing address amendment, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. While we did offer to arrange for the parcel to be collected and redirected, we understand that receiving it the next day defeated the purpose of same day delivery in your case.
Please reach out to us directly so we can review this case properly and make it right for you. As a token of appreciation for your honest review and continued support, we would also like to offer you a 5 dollar store credit. Simply contact us and our team will assist you with the arrangement.
Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better on your next order.
Hi there from Thailand here
Hi there from Thailand here. If you are looking for discreet product, this place is not for you. This my first time and worst experience I ever got. So I order from the Singapore to Thailand. The product indeed ship to Thailand and it is sezie by Thai airway I got called and need to paid a fee in which it almost the product price so total I paid around $300+ dollar (both product and fee) and now they call me to go meet which it is emberssment then they show me the package and product. They said that it need to be destory and make me sign some paper. I did know that it is risky to ship here but the way that horny.sg package is quite suck tbh it almost like come here naked. Meanwhile mrlsexdoll is much more better in discreet shipping the package is hard to see inside and have a lable easy to break.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the distress and inconvenience you went through, and we sincerely apologize that this was your first and worst experience.
We understand how uncomfortable and frustrating the situation must have been, especially having to deal with customs procedures and unexpected charges. We would like to clarify that shipments to Thailand carry a high risk of confiscation due to local regulations, which was communicated clearly prior to shipping through our acknowledgement letter. This letter outlines the risks involved, including possible inspection, confiscation, additional fees, and the fact that we would not be liable should such situations occur. We provide this information so customers can make an informed decision before proceeding.
That said, we are sorry to hear that the packaging did not meet your expectations. We take your feedback on discreet packaging seriously and will review this internally to see how we can improve while still complying with shipping and customs requirements.
We genuinely regret that this experience caused you embarrassment and disappointment. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, as it helps us continue to improve our service.
