We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologise for the lapse in our response and for any inconvenience caused.
We do try our best to respond as soon as we are online, but as we are currently managing enquiries across multiple channels including emails, SMS, and live chats, there are times where we may unfortunately miss or delay a reply. We recently launched our locker collection service this month as well, and with the limited collection slots available, we are still actively improving our processes and service experience.
That said, this is not the experience we want our customers to have. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience with us while we continue to improve. As a small gesture of appreciation for your honest feedback, we would also like to offer you a $5 store credit. Please feel free to reach out to us directly and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
