I bought through TikTok and they made it impossible to return .

I received only 90 DMannose tablets in a sachet instead of 180 in a bottle. The contact details in the confirmation email are greyed out and the email link does not work.

Good evening, I placed an order on January 24, 2026, and today I received an email saying that the package had been delivered, but I have not received it. I have not received anything so far. Please resend the package.

I've tried different products but the MCT oil is the best. I've tried other but, I don't why, theirs is the only one that doesn't upset my stomach!

I purchased the cinnamon capsules. I happened to look at the individual capsule a few days later and realized that it was not completely full. I checked the other capsules and many of the individual capsules were not completely full. I did not feel comfortable taking this supplement and tossed it. I do not feel comfortable taking this capsule with questionable dosage.

Superb , I have suffered from water infections for years including pain and bleeding, the doctors even put antibiotics on repeat prescription which is very unusual, since I found D Manos which when an infection starts I take one teaspoon immediately and within an hour it either totally stops or very rarely I need to take a further dose the following day. I have not taken any antibiotics for over a year and I find this amazing, I can’t understand why Doctors would not recommend it, it would save them a fortune on the NHS prescriptions and is surely much better for patients. It probably wouldn’t work for everyone but it damn well does for me. I have been using this product for over a year now and it is amazing

The customer service is nonexistent. I have reached out twice or two different orders and they have not offered to help either time. I thought the first time was a fluke. Not again..

My parcel was lost by Amazon, Horbaach did all they could to find it, when it was not found they offered me a refund or replacement, the service was very good and I would have no problem in buying from them again

I recently left a rating of 2 stars but that was not about the quality of the product. It was that the pills for L-Arginine were too large for me, personally, to swallow. I just have a hard time swallowing vitamins in general no matter what brand. The BeetRoot capsules are easy to swallow. Saying all that, their products are excellent and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I tried the potassium citrate and zinc picolinate. The capsules appearance is identical and can be easily switched with no way to tell which is which.
When I emailed the company 3 times the responses were like dealing with a child or an incompetent. First they said the bottles are different, then they said the ingredients are different then they just said don't worry about they're not the same.
Just beware if you're filling a pill planner with both.

They responded back immediately on a Sunday and sent me a shipping number to confirm my correct order was being sent. They will be my only source for Supplements from this day forward.

I have been using their products for several months and have absolutely no complaints. I can't attest to the quality of the products, other than I've read they are tested by a third party and lab certified, but my orders always arrive when expected. I do know I can tell the difference if I miss a dose, so they must be working. The other thing I like about them, compared to some of the other companies is they don't hound you with advertising and promoting of their products, only friendly "time to re-order" emails.

I placed an order for fish oil, but my debit card was charged for four different items. Save your money and purchase a different product line. This company cannot be trusted.

I don't know what's going on. I've bought so many supplements from Horbaach and have always been pleased. But lately there's been a change. I had one supplement change size and color. Not just by a little. It's now a third of the size it used to be but they insist it's just fine. How?? How can it shrink that much and still be just as strong. And change color? I had a Hyaluronic acid one show up discolored and smelling funky. When it should be white and odorless. That supplement is almost $20 and they don't want to fix the issue. They just keep making excuses. The Green Lipped Mussel I ordered, the capsules are half flattened. Like squashed with a clear imprint of the edge of something I can only assume is from the machine that assembles the capsules. Some of them cracked open and the powder all over. Again run around from customer service. I can't keep giving these people money for products they aren't willing to guarantee. What's worse even if you do get them to agree to replace the item. They make YOU pay for the inconvenience of having to ship it back to them. My advice, shop elsewhere.

It's amazing how fast my order arrived. I put the order in on the 3rd and recieved my order on the 5th. It was free shipping! I get nettle extract and both tines I've ordered it was a very positive experience!

I'm 56 and have been on the NHS waiting list for a hip replacement for 6 years now, because of complications. They are selling flaxseed oil capsules in a bovine gel capsules
Flaxseed oil is vegetarian and they use bovine gel capsules which is made from animals cows and pigs etc
Vegetarians must be taking them if they don’t know what is bovine gel

I purchased black seed oil from Amazon. When the package arrived, I opened one of the capsules to taste the oil. To my surprise, there was no trace of black seed oil, which is known for its distinctive smell, taste, and dark colour. Instead, it resembled more of an omega-3 supplement. I returned the product on the same day. This is a first-time order, I am very disappointed and will not buy from this company again.
