Happy so far - hope I didn’t get scammed
So far I am happy with my ring. I ordered it in remembrance of my cat, Enzo, who passed away in January because I miss him every day and this I has his name engraved on the inside so it feels like I’m carrying a little piece of him. To be honest, I am worried that I got scammed. But so far it seems to be holding its quality. When I saw where it was coming from, I did some research and did not find great reviews. People were posting about how it tarnished after a month or so and how the customer service didn’t help. I have been taking extra care like the instructions said so I think that makes a difference I’m sure. I don’t want to think that someone or a company would want to use a persons grief against them to scam them.
I gave 5 stars because my initial experience is good. I hope it remains that way because I would like to do this for my other two cats at some point.

I thought this company was based out of California, and my package took longer to get here. When I checked tracking it was coming from another country. Overall, package was received and both my heart necklace and heart ring were beautiful. I was worried with a couple reviews stating the items were very dull, but I took a chance and glad I did. Delivery and size
It took a long time to receive my order. I wish it was a little bigger, I don't think it will adjust big enough for my granddaughter, she'll be receiving it as part of a graduation gift. I hope it fits, and it definitely won't fit fingers that are very small. It would be nice if it came in some different adjustable sizes. Otherwise it's pretty. Quality seems ok.
