I am writing this to let people know about my experience with this company. I had ordered a mom/daughter ring (that is beautiful) and within a couple of weeks, one of the stones fell out. I texted the company about this (not expecting much in this day and age). I immediately got a response back telling me to take a picture of the ring and send it back. I did so, and with no questions…just an apology, a new ring was in its way. I did not have to go through the hassle of returning the original. Who does that these days??
