This was my second order but a different style book. I ordered the "blank becomes a big brother" only one of my little guys is very dark and it's not correct. I'm not sure how it happened, if it was my error or not, but I'm just super bummed.

Hi Taylor,

Thank you for your review.

I am truly sorry to hear about this. Looking into your order I noticed the older kiddo's skin tone is number 5, whilst his little brother's is number 3. This book was printed according to your order specifications and I can confirm no alterations were made before printing your book. Please check your confirmation email to make sure.

I would like to kindly remind you that immediately after your order is placed, we send out confirmation e-mails that contain the story selection, dedication, character’s appearance and name. We then allow a 24-hour window, from the moment the order was submitted, for our customers to contact us with any changes they wish to make to their orders.

All this to make sure our customers know exactly what they are purchasing from us, so that there are no surprises when the product arrives. Since the order was printed as designed the error is not on our side and we therefore cannot offer you a reprint.

If you'd like however, feel free to reach out via email: hello@hoorayheroes.com and we'll be happy to find a different solution to your problem.

I'll be on the lookout for your email.

This book is SUPER cute. It’s just much much smaller than I anticipated it being. I ordered a book from them about 4 years ago and it was way bigger. I think $60+ for a book this size is a bit much. I would have maybe been more comfortable with $45 or so…but the quality is great, the book is super cute, I just think for $60 you would get a bit more bang for your buck.
