They have the one flavor that is really hard to find, especially on Hawaii. When I order shishah, it gets shipped promply, and they usually give free samples along with the order. Not a lot of people smoke hookah on the island so it's easier to get it online.

Every experience I've had with Hookah Junkie has been great thus far. Generally, whenever there's an issue, they've resolved it with kindness and efficiency. I'm very happy with their products and service and will continue to be a customer.

Do not shop here. They sent me a product with missing pieces and insisted I had all the pieces, telling me I am inputting them incorrectly. Then advised me to go to the hookah manufacturer myself to resolve it and that they’d look into it for me as well.
And that if I need to return it shipping and restock fees will be on me if they find this “workable”

3 business days later they come at me threatening me to send me to collections because I submitted a chargeback to the bank as my product wasn’t usable. Then they told me I submitted a charge back for the whole order and I didn’t. I only did for the hookah item. Long story short, I resolved this with the hookah manufacturer myself as they confirmed I had a missing piece to operate my hookah. I wouldn’t shop here again, but funny thing is they “blocked me and refuse service to me” after this incident. How funny! And said “you seem like the type who loves to give bad reviews” - this is the first one I’ve ever wrote! When going through this I didn’t realize how many people had bad things to say about the owners. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service and they are scammers. Product is not good and they will try to add a “shipping protection fee” onto any online orders without your consent and then try to fight you when you ask to have it refunded. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Definitely fishy practices. submitted payment and received error message "please try again. So i did and same error message. after checking my bank account the two charges appeared but i have no confirmation and the screen still says "error". Well hookah junkie, you must be a junkie to think i'm not on phone now with my bank disputing and letting them deal with it.

Hello hookah friends from all over the world :)

Unfortunately I see myself obligate to come here and write it because I got offended by this " company " not one time but a few more... + they refused to deliver my product and made me loose a client.

What happened ?
I have a instagram page where I sell hookah products from Russia and Germany to another countries ( mostly to Brazil ), then a client wanted one limited item that has only in USA, so I used my WISE account, charged there with dollars and bought the item on Hookah Junkie`s site on 24/4 to delivery on my godmother`s address also in CA ( since I`m not american or live in USA ). So after few day they messaged me saying that they will wait to check if the purchase is legit ( I got offended) and I asked " how can I prove ? ", they didnt reply. They said I could transfer by WIRE transfer, but when I asked the details for this, they also didnt reply. Then on 28/4 I went to their site asking for my refund and asked " are you gonna say that will keep my money till check it`s legit or are you stealing it ? ", they said I have mental problems and I`m fraud ( but yes, at least got refunded ).
I just needed the item that I bought, so now I`ll need to find another place to buy this item or I`ll refund my client.
What a mess... Bad STORE at all. I would never say such a thing to my clients...

Hello fellow hookah lovers!

So after not hearing from Hookah Junkie for a few months, trying to get my $200 back (or at least my tobacco), I will warn everyone here considering using HJ as your hookah supplier of choice.

The short story:
Ordered back in September ’22 and the parcel was sent within a week. It arrived in Denmark a few weeks later but the Danish Postal Service sorted the parcel wrongfully, and by an error (not by me, have conversation proof from PostNord) the order got sent back to USA. Weeks without any news from HJ and them constantly blaming me, I had enough and wanted my money back, when they received the parcel back. I said some negative things to the CS because they were slow (weeks) and didn’t want to ship the parcel “discreetly” (fair enough), and the last I heard from them were, that I should “suck balls” since I was a “cock sucker” and I should read their shipping policy (screenshot attached.)

I have tried multiple times - even gotten help from staff of HUNI - reaching out to HJ with no luck at all.
I have a said sorry and just wanted my money back for the tobacco (they could keep the shipping expenses), and even said I would pay for new shipping - but no - nothing heard since start November …

So please, do NOT use Hookah Junkie. They are obvious scammers. Fair enough they get angry, but ignoring my mails and stealing (not returning my money nor sending me the tobacco), are the concept of scamming.

Thanks for listening to me and hope you’ll never have the same experience as me.

scamer booth i hope you step on lego bricks barefoot 20 dollars you scammed me i ordered 100g of kashmir blue because we are in los angeles and want to smoke tangiers but you scam a customer for 20$ the best is you don't even write back to an email mainly order didn't go out but money was deducted you error code heroes..

looks like they can't ship overseas due to some obscure California law. but they will accept the payment :-D they will even offer that if you order and pay again (without returning the previous payment), they can figure out a way to arrange it. after more than a week of urging, when I was already considering contacting the authorities about the fraud, the money arrived back. phew. hard to say what to think about it.
