This site is a scam I was contacted by a girl called cherrydan she somehow had my email address and was saying I had given her my email on another dating site which never happened then she sends me a link to hoogsy asking me to make a profile so we can video chat, i made a profile but then I needed to buy a subscription I brought pack two we messaged a few times but then I got a red alert saying I needed to upgrade again just to send messages. This also happened with other ladies on here. Most of there profile pics look like there in different countries even thought they claim to be in the uk this site is just scamming peoples money for nothing in return you can’t even contact them. The girl claiming to be cherrydans even lied about her age on hoogsy she’s 30 but in a email she sent me she’s 34 I don’t think they even read your messages properly as when asked about certain things you get a completely different response or they don’t receive them. They are probably paid by this site to be on here to lure men into parting with large amounts of money. Please to get tricked into making a profile on hoogsy as you can’t remove it and please don’t spend any money on it guys it a BIG BULLSHIT SITE

Katastrofa. Dovukla me kučka koja se predstavlja kao dr smile. Ukratko. Nekako je pronašla moj e mail. I tu je počelo dopisivanje. Ja naivac. Pristanem. Naravno svi mi volimo nešto sa strane. Onda me nagovori na tu jebenu stranicu. Prijavim se. I odoljevam mjesecima. Ne želim kupiti paket. Na kraju jednoga dana malo pripit. Kupim paket koji i ona ima. I šta se desi. Ona ima drugi paket koji je još skuplji. Naravno ja ne pristajem. I tu počinje bonbardinje porukama. Slikama itd. A e mail sa kojega mi je u početku pisala. Ne postoji više. Tako da postoji ocjena - 10 bila bi malo.

ZERO stars. Absolute bullshit of a site. Keep your money guys and gals. Been on this site for a little over a year , bought two packages worth well over £500 and only thing I have to show for it is half a dozen messages because of "package incapability" although I own the higher pack to all the girls I've been talking to , they have unlimited contact and I have zero. Even contacted admin several times in several ways to delete my profile but surprise surprise no answer. I even stated that I wasn't looking for a refund , but no , nothing. The fact that the site itself has changed it name in the past year tells you enough that it's a scam. So remember , DON'T waste your time , DON'T waste your money , THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!

Das ist eine reine Betrugsmasche!! Ich habe nie ein Abo abgeschlossen, bekam jetzt von denen dass ich 133,50 € zahlen soll weil das angegebene Zahlungsmittel nicht funktioniert. Kann auch nicht weil ich nie ein Konto angegeben habe. Anzeige ist auch schon raus

Blijf hier vooral weg! Eenmaal betaald krijge je misschien na 1 bericht geen contact meer met andere leden zogezegd wegens andere pack (abonnement). Je kan niet zoeken op compatibele leden, je kunt buiten enkele gegevens geen profiel opstellen. Je tast dus in het duister. Zoeken op sexe levert ook de andere sexe op.
Vele dames werken voor de site, want bij verandering van abonnement, veranderen ze ook naar een andere, dus zit je weer met de incompatibiliteit. Kortom, veel geld kwijt voor enkel frustratie en geen contact. Blijf hiervan weg.
En Refund, daarboven ze natuurlijk niet aan. Ze wijzigen gewoon de Terms of use…ok retro-actief.

To be honest I wouldn’t even give this site 1 star to be honest. If you have any questions or problems the admin contact doesn’t work. Each time I’ve emailed them, they just quote terms and conditions at you. If you want to upgrade your membership you have to pay the full price on the next membership up. And if you want to downgrade to match a particular person’s membership (this is the only way you can message them) you have to pay the full price of the membership below again. Incredible unhelpful and would suggest everyone keeps away from this site. I have my own opinions about what this is about but I don’t want to risk this review not being published if I say anything about that. Poor site. Poor help. Don’t recommend this at all

Il peggior sito della mia vita. Una truffa totale. Sia le persone che il sito sono totalmente farlocchi. Inoltre il modello di business è improntato solo sul rubarti denaro.

This company is a scam and it should be shut down whatever you purchase you can only message and certain amount of times they change the goal posts all the time stay away I don't think you can delete your profile report it and get it shut down

Esta página de citas es una estafa, además de carísima. Tiene varios niveles de suscripción, pero ni siquiera a los más altos o caros se les permite contestar mensajes de miembros de suscripciones inferiores (y mucho menos videollamada), y el servicio de Atencion al cliente no hace ni caso de las protestas. Para apuntarse a una suscripción más alta hay que poner no sólo la diferencia con la anterior sino pagarla totalmente de nuevo, renuciando al pago anterior (perdiendo) aunque no se haya usado. Yo me he gastado 1.120 € y no me puedo comunicar con nadie, recibo mensajes pero no puedo contestarlos ni siquiera cuando el destinatario es del mismo nivel.

Still waiting for my account to be deleted sent another dozen e mails nothing back and all the time am getting obscene pictures and nasty messages I just dont know what to do. I am engaged in scambaiting, and this website is a classic money-pumping scheme. I was initially contacted on another platform and then redirected to the Hoogsy site. The site employs paid "operators" whose sole purpose is to force clients to purchase expensive subscriptions.
1. The Deception Mechanism:
The operator consistently ignored my emails, falsely claiming that my "messages weren't delivered." I know for a fact (using a technical tracking tool) that she read my emails the entire time.
2. The Financial Trap (The Upsell):
I familiarized myself with the site’s rules and purchased the Pack 1 subscription to test the funnel. As expected, the operator immediately informed me that Pack 1 was insufficient, and I needed to buy Pack 2 (the more expensive package) to enable video calls. This confirms the system is designed to operate as a bait-and-switch, requiring a two-stage payment.
3. Conclusion:
You are not buying legitimate dating services here; you are paying salaried employees to interact with you and lure you into spending more. This system is managed by paid operators. Save your money and do not invest your time or capital into this website.

Update: I want to add important information that confirms this is a coordinated scam.
The legal entity behind the hoogsy.com website is the Romanian company WEB PLANNER SOLUTIONS SRL. Their registered address is Calea Galata 5-9, Bloc F3A, Iași 700622, Romania.
The physical location of the operator, who claimed to live in Tartu, Estonia, is actually within the same city (Iași). EXIF data from one of her personal photos revealed that the picture was taken just a 15-minute drive from the company's headquarters.
This confirms that this is not a random scammer, but a coordinated operation managed from Iași. Stay away.

A male user of this site after buying a subscription has no means of knowing what subscription female subscribers have purchased and the site flashes an 'subscription incompatibility message' if they differ without informing the male what to change his subscription to. This practice is dishonest. Worse , if approached the help function usually ignores any requests for assistance and has blocked my ability to respond to any female even if we are on the same package. I hope this report is seen by Cherrydans who has been trying to contact me for months but Hoogsy whilst accepting her money, blocking me, and refusing to confirm that if I change to her subscription (learnt through persistent questions to the help site) they have refused to give me a guarantee that they will stop blocking my ability to respond by text, phone or video.

The female subscriber Cherrydans and I wish to meet. Hoogsy is preventing this and sometimes I wonder if Cherrydans even exists.

This site has all the hallmarks of a scam. If they see this review and connect me and Cherrydans, after taking money from us for months this will be a positive step. Until then I would counsel both men and women to be wary of this site.

Siempre que me dice el que ella tiene, lo pago, pongo la cámara y dice que es incompatible. Para colmo el chat es limitado a 4 o 5 mensajes por no tener el mismo pack. Da igual el que tengas. Borran las fotos y los pocos mensajes que te dejan. UNA ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA

Tutto quello che posso dire e che è una totale truffa. Gran parte delle donne sono false e altre non esistono né anche. Il sito monitora tutto ciò che scrivi cancellando i tuoi messaggi. Il pack2 dovrebbe darti la possibilità di fare le video chat anche con i pack2plus e anche con tutti gli altri abbonamenti. Ma non funziona niente e tutto un palliativo. In poche parole posso confermare con certezza che il sito hoogsy è un sito truffa. Io vi sto dando le informazioni ma posso fornire anche le prove video documentato, dal primo pagamento a tutti i messaggi fatte con le ragazze e tutte le prove fatte confrontando quanto dichiarato e offerto in ogni pack che acquisti. In conclusione hoogsy è una truffa.

Deze site werkt niet. Ook al hebben 2 personen zelfde pakket dan nog weet de site 1 ervan te doen geloven dat je het verkeerde pakket hebt. Bij klachten kan je nergens terecht. Er staat wel een contactmail, maar je kan schrijven wat je wil. Je krijgt geen antwoord. Blijf er weg. Ik had liever geen ster gegeven maar anders werkt het niet. Oplichterij dit.

First of all I wouldn't give hoogsy.com 1 star I'm just glad I didn't put my bank card on there. Customer Services do not answer ,I can't delete my profile, these guys are scammers DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY in there.
And the prices for membership are ridiculous and they don't work unless your chat mate has the same membership as you.
I want my account deleted and have emailed hoogsy numerous times and had nothing back from them.
There are genuine sites out there and cheaper but these idiots should be reported to the police for withholding and publishing personal info after requesting cancellation.

Vieni invitato ad iscriverti al sito per una sicurezza della ragazza che vuole fare conoscenza con una videochiamata. Ma questo non avviene. Non hai la possibilità di fare videochiamate perchè per farle serve avere lo stesso pacchetto, ma questo viene continuamente cambiato dalla ragazza. Vari profili ti possono scrivere ma tu dopo uno o due messaggi non puoi più scrivere e sei costretto a cambiare pacchetto. Può capitare che se tu hai un paccheto questo ti viene cambiato senza la tua volontà. A volte vengono cancellati i messaggi che scrivi senza motivo, soprattutto se sono messaggi critici. In sostanza il sito è solamente una richiesta di acquisti di pacchetti, una continua richiesta di denaro. Da evitare. Da non fare. Non si ottiene nessun appuntamento dal vivo.

the whole site is a scam. you buy the basic package + credit but you can't write messages. because someone has a higher package than you. you can't write even if you buy the higher package because they are still on a higher package. don't count on a refund because if you could even send a message then your chance is gone. you can't delete the account because there is no admin.
