This is a follow up to my previous review. I initially had an issue with DHL damaging the package and I was told by DHL that the package was unrecoverable. However, the package was delivered the following day. The plastic container seal was broken and some oil spilled out. Honesty was able to file a request for a full shipping refund that I did receive. I am thankful that Honesty provided superior support with my order.

Great communication
Great communication! I bought an item without postage and refund was issued straight away. I bought it again with second class Royal Mail postage. It took a while because had to come from a warehouse in Spain. Item came first class Royal Mail. I would definitely buy from them again.

I paid over £2000 for a brand new lap…
I paid over £2000 for a brand new lap plus £15 for next delivery. I received neither. I received my delivery on Friday instead of Monday. And to make matters worse the have Sent a refurbished item instead of brand new laptop. I would never advise anyone to use these con artists ever.
