Just had a call from a guy claiming to be from Honest Quotes claiming to be acting on behalf of Evergen Solar telling me I qualified for a “free quote” - as if I would ever pay anyone for a “quote”!
When I told him of Honest Quotes’ rating on Trust Pilot he then told me he was from Evergen Solar. When I questioned this further he hung up. I tried returning his call but “the number is not recognised”.
It’s a total scam!

Please stop calling me. I have told you I already have a solar system. Please stop.

Stop phoning me! I’ve asked to be removed, I’ve blocked every number and get you keep calling.

I am sick and tired of been constantly being harassed by this company who calls me from different numbers. Each time Mr Richards phones, I know his voice now, I hang up, block the number, and lo and behold get phoned again a couple of days later on a different number. If you read this Mr Richards ... Why don't you take the hint? I am NOT interested!!!

Phone calls and voicemail from a bot, from a different number each time. I have never requested a quote. Blocking each number doesn't help. I assumed it was a fake company, can't believe they're legit.

Constantly being called by them blocked each number but they call using a different number. Definitely a robot wish there was someone to call to report this.

If I could give a 0 star I would Constantly ringing I've blocked the number but they keep sending voice mail messages, can't get in contact with them to ask them to delete my details, I'm 73 and could without the harassment.

John Richards if he's even real has been harassing me for over a week about solar panel quotes I apparently requested . I live in a housing association property for starters so no chance of me of ever asking for a quote . I have blocked the numbers more keep coming through

Constant phone calls by a robot named John Richards. I didn't even make an enquiry In the 1st place. 3-4 calls per week. Its driving me mad. If I ever do think about getting solar I will never use this company.
I'm going to report them for nuisance phone calls.

I've had 25 voicemails in 4 days! I've never contacted this company or asked for any info! Its driving me nuts now, I keep blocking but they continue ringing! Logging with Resolver as I've seriously had enough of it now!

It's fraud - trying to make you think you've contacted them when you haven't. I worry they're praying on the elderly and making them believe they actually wanted their services, they need reporting for this. Called me saying I'd contacted them and when I asked them when they didn't know what to do and hung up!

They call you from an automated AI voice system and lest 3 or 4 times a day then put you through to some clown in a call center, 5 times I’ve blocked the number and yet they still call me. Next time they call I’ll proceed with solar panels and pull out at the last minute, let’s see how they like getting their time wasted!! Total scum of a company!

I have never contacted this company, yet they call me at least twice a day with recorded voice messages. Despite blocking their number, they are still leaving messages via different numbers. Becoming increasingly annoying as each day goes by. I would definitely avoid this company.

I made a critical mistake by asking them for a quote and providing details for said quote. I have removed myself from every possible list and declined each time they have called. They will STILL relentlessly call and spam you. They change their number EACH time so even blocking them does not help. Wish a body like Ombusmun shut them down.

It started off well, I spoke to someone who was nice enough and we checked my monthly bills to see if it was worthwhile digging in deeper. We decided that as my bills were less than £60 a month, no it wasn't worth doing and we finished up the call. I didn't hear from them for a long time - 6 months maybe but not sure? Then a few weeks ago I started getting calls on a daily basis, sometimes they would leave a voicemail, sometimes they wouldn't. Thankfully I didn't really have to deal with it because my phone automatically detected them as spam (lol) but I wanted to get in touch with them to tell them to stop calling. I managed to call back one of the numbers which took me to a switchboard and then put me through to someone who answered then hung up.
A few days later a phone call came through and my phone didn't block it so I spoke to the guy and explained I'd already been through this and to take me off the list, he seemed nice and said he would arrange for that to be done.
I didn't get any calls for a couple of days but then they started again someone called John Richards I think, he called me and left me 2 messages and this happened ON THE DAY OF MY DAD'S FUNERAL.
I have tried calling back but the number doesn't seem to take calls (convenient) so I'm just waiting for another call to come through where I'll be giving them a piece of my mind. I wonder if there's somewhere they can be reported to? I have a friend who works for OfGem.
