Homz Omdömen

Great service from the Homz team. I am using them for the first time to put a list of works together to make one planning application to be done to my grade 2 listed cottage in a conservation area. They have great expertise, and the planning consultant is fantastic. I am at the beginning of the process, but so far, I feel that I am in great hands.

My initial telephone conversation and 30 min consultation were conducted with sound knowledge and professionalism by Homz. They were able to guide me through the process enabling me to have full confidence in their ability. They were also very swift with their response to any queries.

I have been speaking to Caroline.she Is a planing consultant and she was really professional and helpful.

Very prompt and straightforward process so far. I’m a novice in terms of wanting to extend my property and HOMZ colleagues have been extremely helpful.

I contacted 3 planning consultancies for assistance with my extension project and HOMZ provided the promptest response and I appreciated that very much as i like to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel rather than waiting for responses in the dark.
I’d recommend HOMZ again

Fast and informative service gave me all the information I needed to move onto the next stage of my planing

We have contacted HOMZ regarding a planning application and found their service informative, very helpful, friendly, and yet professional. They have a lovely team, and special thanks so far to Nathaniel.

My consultation with the town planner at Homz Planning was extremely professional, with every step and requirement clearly explained in detail. The customer service advisor was equally impressive—prompt, clear, and helpful in all responses and in providing the quotation. Overall, a smooth and positive experience

Great service and smooth experience. Homz made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

My go to for all things planning in the UK

We are pleased with Homz service so far. Quick responses to our queries and fast progress of the case. Thank you Homz.

Homz responded very quickly and scheduled a meeting for the next day. Within just a couple of days, we were able to put together a solid plan to move forward.

Homz responded the fastest to my online enquiry (I contacted 3 consultants). They promptly setup a call to understand my needs and gave me a written proposal within 3 days with clear next steps. They gave me confidence that they will be able to find a solution to my planning problem.

Professional team. Responses are reasonable, communication is perfect, and mostly great results! Definitely recommended.

Great job and great work by the Homz team.

Homz Planning and Design Consultancy help me get my planning application approved for a garage conversion. All through the process I was kept informed an felt I was in good hands.

I have contacted Homz to help prospect of converting my house to small HMO and they really provided excellent feedback with full research analysis and now i am looking to apply for planning permission using their profressional service.

Helpful and efficient, great customer service

Im a disabled person including communication difficulty (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia), I was anxious about discussion if the Town Planner consultant will be able to understand my needs; I was stunned with there easy, slow but detailed and repeated conversation about my planning permission, I am very much pleased with there service and optimistic with remaining work with them

Ravi made the initial query and booking process easy and was brilliant in answering all my concerns. Daniel, the planning consultant, gave clear and detailed guidance on the HMO requirements for my area, as well as helpful advice on the loft and rear extension plans.

I’m still at the early stage of my LDC application with Homz, but communication so far has been excellent, and the phased payment option has made everything smooth and stress-free.

Based on my experience so far, I would happily recommend Homz to anyone needing planning or architectural support. Great service. Thank you!

I had a Planning Consultation Call with a consultant from Homz, the call was on time as previously agreed and the consultant was very knowledgeable, he was well informed about the local authority's policies and previous applications on our street and advised our potential challenges and feasibility of the project.

Very happy with the service I received so far.
