Never got to speak to an actual person. However, I did get info as to the company who was assigned my case. Quality Solutions did eventually get there even with a couple day delay.

I ended up fixing the unit myself, right before they arrived. However they asked to take a look anyway. I was advised a part was not functioning well and could break the capacitor, which if happened “the whole system would need to be replaced”. Thats crazy considering that happened in my other unit last year, the capacitor was replaced and it woks fine. And it was covered under the warranty. Then I was proceeded to be told I would also have to pay them $400 per pound of coolant should anything break. Which I countered that I just had the coolant filled for a tenth of that. Then was told they wouldn’t do it anyways.
This was more a high pressure sales manipulation than a service repair company.
I’m glad for AI as AI can easily verify the cost and ability to replace parts (much cheaper I may add) than what I was advised today.
Good thing I fixed it myself just before they got here.
Had a problem. They dispatched a plumber. The plumber was very polite, cleaned up his mess afterward
