The furniture was packaged securely and in a way that made sense when I started to put pieces together. The written directions and the video instructions were easy to follow. The furniture looks very nice, and I believe our family will enjoy it for years to come.

I really like this furniture. I have an NRT right now. I will soon be ordering the rest. It is supportive, easy to assemble (and fun), the fabric is quite nice, and I love the storage. Having modular will be a big plus. I will begin with a small couch and chair and then I can add whenever I want more.

Loved that we could sample the product. Easy to put together with pretty clear instructions. But it does take some time.
I like the quality of the fabric and the support/comfort is balanced for my preference.
Love the storage!
The wide and deep is just right for us as we have a small home with only one living/tv room. We didn’t want the couch to consume the space. I like that it is just enough depth to be comfortable both sitting and lounging

Don’t like…..frame has no solid wood. But seems durable anyway. Just didn’t realize it was all compressed wood.

The one piece came in two packages on two separate days. I didn’t know this. So I was frustrated and confused when attempting to put together a partial piece. A few days later the second box arrived and then it all made sense.

These two issues may be my fault for not paying enough attention to details.

Here is what bothered me the most:
I ordered the wrong fabric. Requested an exchange. I had not even unpacked the original wrong colored cover, and was told to keep it or toss it!
I was really surprised by this as one of the main reasons I choose this company was its eco conscious and sustainability practices.

After all this said, I am going to order the rest of the couch. It will be a little more than we had set aside for a couch. Waiting to be sure we have the funds or if there will be a sale anytime soon.

I ordered an ottoman to match my current couch. When I received the order noticed I ordered the wrong color on accident. Customer service informed me that it could not be swapped for the correct color. Terrible customer service. This could have been a simple fix.

Love my updated fabric for my sectional. The blue is perfect very soft.

Outstanding couch! I love the sofa I ordered from you in the color Hemlock. The stool and couch provided so much storage, and the sofa fits me perfectly. I’m smaller than most and my feet can actually sit on the floor, if you are taller or a larger person I’d recommend getting the deep seats. The fabric was superb & I love my matching stool.

We received our trial piece. It was easy to assemble. The fabric is beautiful and once it was together it is so comfortable. We ordered the wide deep and it is so nice. We can't wait to order the rest to complete our new sectional.

Everyone was so patient with me! Mackenzie! Thank you! I already had a Home Reserve sectional, I needed to get the dark colors out, & in with a brighter look! It was achieved! Their materials are amazing, I also purchased a large ottoman in the Retriever material. If you have cats, I highly recommend this material, it doesn't fray, tear, bead, stain, nothing! They can scratch it! You won't see anything happen! I love these guys, will be ordering some new bottom cushions soon!!

The first issue was that we were told that the trial order would ship the last week in March but didn't until the second week in April.

The next frustration was that we were told it took longer because they were built to order. I could accept that if our order was correct, however, when we got to step 4, the wooden piece was the wrong number 4. It seemed to be a side piece to another couch frame instead of the bottom piece we were expecting.

I have had my furniture for 10 years and this is literally the best company I have ever dealt with! Anytime I’ve ever had any issues at all, they have sent me a replacement part with no questions asked! My furniture is like new still thanks to this wonderful company! I love that. My furniture is machine washable as well; where else can you find that?? And built-in storage - huge bonus! I cannot say enough about this company and their furniture.

So far I've only ordered swatches, but they arrived very quickly and I'm impressed with the fabric and what they offer for the couch sections. Now it's just time to save up for the sectional that will be ideal for our family of 10!

I love my loveseat and ottoman! They are very comfortable and fit my small area. The service was very good too. It took a month to get my trial chair and another month to get my order, so there was a little test of my patience, but the customer service and responses were great!

We just bought a sectional. Before buying, I emailed many, many questions, and received thorough answers to every question. The sectional arrived within the time frame, in excellent condition. The instruction book is very, very easy to follow. We are both in our 70's, and we got the sectional put together in 5 hours. It is VERY comfortable. It looks so tidy and neat - wonderful. Relaxing in the corner of the sectional while watching TV in the evening is perfect. I highly recommend.

I've had my home reserve cound for 10 years. I use them every day and still love them. I just ordered a new set of covers that I love.
They are very responsive and amazing customer service. If something brakes they dont ask questions they just send it to you the next day.

I did notice the new covers dont have the Home reserve logos on them which bummed me out a bit.

Home Reserve made the purchase of replacement covers extremely simple. Their detailed descriptions were easy to follow and the pricing very reasonable. In addition, shipping was fast. All in all we are very happy that we purchased our sectional from Home Reserve.

From getting prices, picking the right replacement cover and cushions, to placing my order, paying, and receiving everything, it was a great experience.Abby was a huge help and super nice. We have loved our furniture since we bought it 5 years ago. A refresh of everything was great!

It took about 8 hours to put the sofa and chair together, but I finally got it done. Overall it looks nice, but the seat feels a bit short/narrow. When I sit the part of my legs that bend stick out over the edge, so it’s not as comfortable as I expected. Also, if I lay on the sofa I feel like I'm going to fall off the ledge I have to turn to the side.

I got this couch because I thought it would be the best option for our household with a bunny who liked to chew and dig on our old couch (destroying it). The assembly was straightforward. I like that the fabric is pet resistant, spill resistant, and replaceable. I also like that it OEKO-TEX certified. I appreciate the sustainability of this couch. The main downside of this couch is the frame material. It off-gasses a lot, so we had to put it in the garage for a week or two so our bunny wouldn't get sick. It also releases a fair amount of splinters during assembly.
