Love my window seat cushion, it makes the house very cosy. It is the second time that I use Home of Wool. The service is very professional, reliable and they use natural fibers like linen and wool.

it seems my last review only featured my experience with customer service (5 Stars - v. responsive, detailed) - but also want to be sure my review of the product is featured - Home of Wool are forever products - quality from a bygone era - as a first time customer, based on their website and Trustpilot, I bought a queen mattress, a topper, and protectors. Everything arrived this past January 2025 as described and exceeded expectations. I'm amazed that a product like this is still manufactured in this day and age. Additionally customer service caught a mistake I had made in my order and contacted me to discuss with recommendations prior to fulfillment. I plan on ordering more of their products.

We really like this mattress! It is really comfortable and looks so cool! It is nice to find artisans still exist.

I forgot in my previous review to say that we have been giving to our friends baby products and everybody loves them. Particularly the round baby pillow and the sleeping bag.

Sleeping on wool matress is one of the best thing that happen to your body! Preventing the petrol product inhalation, the sleep on a wool matress is really rejuvenating and you wake up like new born!

Absolutely amazing! We purchased 3 mattresses and 4 duvet covers for us and our two children. We have been using them for over 2 years now and will not change them for the world. We wake up refreshed with no back pain (which was a constant issue we had with foam matresses). The duvets keep us very warm. Just love, love, love them!

Don't trust these fraudulent reviews. I am unfortunately out almost $4000 for a mattress that feels like you are sleeping on concrete. Oh "Comfort is a personal choice", get bent, you might as well be sleeping on the floor. For someone that has back and joint issues I was really looking forward to the medicinal aspects of sleeping on wool and I had to such high hopes. I cannot explain to you how uncomfortable this mattress is. I put a 4 inch down topper on it and it didn't do the least to make this more comfortable. I am now sleeping with a 3 inch latex topper and a 4 inch down topper on top of the mattress to make it somewhat more comfortable . If you order this mattress expect to be sleeping on a futon mattress on the floor. There's nothing positive about it and it is exponentially expensive. They offered me a return because of my bad reviews but the return back to Bulgaria was $1500 on a $3500 mattress so I'm stuck with this garbage please spare yourself do not buy it.

The color was much more ECRU than the white shown in photos. Clients were luckily happy but I would have returned item due to color if they were not.

The owner of the company showed care for my concern and tried to resolve the issues but without success: after receiving a replacement mattress I’m still extremely unhappy with it; moreover, I believe that their product is misadvertised since only positive reviews are being posted on the products and negative reviews are being filtered out, since I posted a one-star review about my experience with the mattress and it never got posted to the listing page.

I purchased a few pillows and I’m extremely happy with all of them. Home of Wool makes great stuff and their customer service is refreshingly pleasant and friendly. I’ll be back for more.

I feel very lucky to find a company like theirs. They were very helpful and responsive with every step of the way. I found the perfect mattress and sheets for our baby and they were so kind to personalize the items one by one even before I noticed they needed some work. There were clear and detailed care instructions as well as lanolizing instructions for my wool mattress protector. My experience with Home of Wool was just as I'd hoped, easy.
