Great service from start to finish my items arrived in a few days and were sent by tracked Royal Mail. Communication was great from start to finish.
A lot of sellers seem to be using Hermes these days who are useless glad to see these aren’t and prices are very reasonable.

Ordered a pair of wall lights. They arrived very quickly. There was a problem with one of them. I called the company, sent a photo and had a brand new light arrive within a couple of days. Everyone was very pleasant and happy to help. Great customer service.

I ordered outdoor lights & bulbs well in advance of the date booked for my electrician to install them, but to my surprise , a week or so after delivery, i had a courtesy call for Homelights Direct asking if i was happy with the service and products. I could not answer until after lights were fitted but was still impressed. Unfortunately, when he did unpack the box, I had ordered the wrong 4 bulbs. I immediately phoned and a man told me that i could return them and reorder. The electrician then unpacked the lights and on one, the glass was broken. I phoned next morning and spoke to a wonderful lady called Emma who, without quibble ordered me a new light to be delivered next day (which it was) and replaced all the 4 bulbs - all free of charge. I cannot thank you enough for taking the hassle out the unfortunate events. This is true customer service so rarely seen these days. I will happily order from here again.

ordered two new lights, items arrived promptly and as expected, would use again

We had been looking for touch lamps of a specific size and design and found just what we were looking for from Birco Distribution online. We ordered 2 lamps which arrived on time, well packaged. Unfortunately one of the shades cracked, and I contacted Birco offering to send it back. They requested a photo which I uploaded and without quibble replaced the lamp quickly. Again, the same thing happened (we realised this could just be a design fault), and again Birco was apologetic and quick to replace the shade without question. I was very impressed at the polite and responsive service and would definitely use Birco online again. Thank you!
