This was a very straightforward lease extension for our property. Homehold kept us informed and up to date with progress. It was done quicker than expected, a very good experience.

We have finally completed our lease extension with the help of Homehold and their communication and service has been exceptional throughout. The process took over a year from when we started, due to long delays and lack of communication from the freeholder, resulting in them missing the 2 month deadline to respond to our Section 42 and then the 6 month deadline in which the lease extension needed to be completed. Homehold/LLS took steps to protect our claim and prepare for court action (understandably there was an extra cost involved), and we finally completed on the working day before we were expecting to serve court notice. A huge thank you to Jemma and the entire team at Homehold and LLS for keeping us informed and calm throughout the whole process!

Very helpful and efficient . We used them to extend our lease. Unfortunately this ended up complicated , this was down to the freeholders and also who owned the head lease.

It took over a year , but HomeHold did all they could to resolve and chase. The freeholder and head lease people had to be chased repeatedly and mid way who we needed to extend with changed .

All through this HH kept us up to date , and did all they could to get this sorted . They couldn’t have done more.

It was a very stressful process due to the freeholder and head lease holder , but HH got it sorted .

One point is very important , HH charge a fixed fee. This made a huge difference giving it became co placated and drawn out and could have been very expensive in fees.

The service provided was excellent through out. Every stage was explained in detail.
I was supported through out and my queries and questions answered very quickly. I never felt “out of the loop” . Even though the cost was above the anticipated amount I was happy with the result.

I found the initial consultation with Linz very helpful and informative. The fact that they only start work for a new client when they have the bandwidth showed that they care about achieving the best result for their customers.

Will, from the Homehold team, was an absolute star in negotiating a fair premium with the landlord from the initial ridiculous amount they asked for.

Dale, from the LLS team, was then equally great in chasing up solicitors and completing the process comfortably within the deadline.
