Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful experience renting a flat in London from Home from Home in December. The HfH staff was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly.The flat was everything that it appeared to be in the photos and descriptions on the HfH website, and more. It was charming, comfortable, convenient and in a delightful area of Chelsea. There were wonderful touches everywhere, from the heated towel rails to the comfortable chairs to the interesting books. The living room was cozy and attractive, perfect for sitting and reading or chatting with family and friends. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to cook, the round glass table in the dining area nice for having friends for dinner. The bedrooms were lovely and extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms luxurious. It was beyond our expectations and made for a terrific holiday!

Excellent experience
My family of 5 stayed in the Rabbit Row condo in Notting Hill. Regarding the condo, the location was perfect - just a couple blocks from the tube; and multiple bakeries, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. The condo was great for our family. Having 2 full baths was essential, as was the ability to split the king bed into 2 twins in the bedrooms. The air mattress wasn't terribly comfortable, so if necessary I would recommend asking for a roll-away. Oh, and if you're an American, figuring out the washer/dryer is a challenge (very different from what we use); be sure to ask for instructions. But those really are the only negative comments I can make about this condo. Very comfortable and well-stocked.
Regarding the company: they were wonderful to work with. We initially reserved another property, but it developed a leak and had water damage. They contacted us immediately and were very flexible (and apologetic) wrt to finding us a new condo.

We are sorry to hear that the air mattress was not the most comfortable solution, however this was the only way we could have provided you alternative accommodation - hopefully you were still able to get good night sleep. We will also look into reviewing the washer/dryer instructions in the apartment to make sure they are as clear as possible. Thank you for pointing this out!

We did not have a good experience with…
We did not have a good experience with HfH. The first problem was with the cab meeting us. Although I explained to the staff that we do not have n international phone and requested a scheduled pick up, to which they agreed, they neglected to advise the driver. He found us, but with difficulty.
Half way into our stay both YV and internet went out. I was advised this was a system wide error, and they "hoped it would improve by this evening." It never came back and I later found that there was no system wide error. I assume they lied because it was expedient.
I did not find HfH staff to be willing to go take that extra mile, or even a foot. I will not be using this company again.

We regret to hear that your experience did not meet the expectations and sincerely apologize all the inconvenience caused. It can be difficult for the taxi driver and the guest to locate each other if there are no ways of communicating, however we are always trying our best to make the arrivals as efficient and stress-free as possible. We are sorry that this was not the case on your arrival to London and we will pay more attention into handling these kind of situations where the guests do not have mobile phones in use.
Apologies as well for the troubles with the internet connectivity during your stay. Time to time there are areal issues with the internet providers, in which we cannot affect on. Usually we do provide an emergency dongle if the internet does not start working after a day or two, however in this case based on the information we received, the network was supposed to be working again soon.
We would be pleased to discuss your past stay and experiences further, as we do want you to know that every single guest is important to us and we endeavour to provide same, excellent standard for each stay.

I have used Home from Home a few times now. They are incredibly helpful! When the flat I wanted was unavailable, HfH called me to help me find a suitable alternative. They took care of our rides to/from the flat to airport. The flat was clean and well tended to. The staff followed up during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would not hesitate to recommend HfH to anyone. Thank you, HfH!!

We rented an apartment in central…
We rented an apartment in central London for the second time in a few years. All the arrangements were very efficient, transport to and from Heathrow was organised and friendly. The apartment was roomy and the location perfect for us. The living area was comfortable, but it seemed that from three years previously when we rented the same place, no freshening up or cleaning of upholstery or carpets had been done. Bed linens and towels were high quality and seemed new. Home from Home were very flexible on our departure time, which was appreciated greatly as we were travelling with two small children.
We would definitely use Home from Home again, and would recommend the company.

I have rented a flat in London from HFM…
I have rented a flat in London from HFM twice and each time it was great. They have a cabbie pick me up from the train station or airport with the keys. Same for when it's time to go home. So easy and the flats are nicer than the stuff on ABNB.

Home from Home were excellent to deal with and very reliable, always responding promptly to any enquiry. I knew the location was good before I arrived however the apartment itself was better than it looked in the website photos and a very comfortable place to stay. We stayed for two weeks and the apartment really felt like home. I highly recommend Home from Home.
