Ordered over 8 days ago. Still no update, have emailed no response. The registered company seems to be in Hong Kong not uk. First and last time using this company.
Horrible experience don’t recommend

avoid this company ordered some items still waiting , no up dates on when there going to arrive .they have no customer care one of the worst companys it has been my misfortune to deal with , save your monay better companys out there that look after there customers unlike this crap company.
will never deal with them again.

Beware of this company it is a Total scam. I ordered this Embroidery stitch starter kit. It has just arrived and I am extremely disappointed. A complete misrepresentation of the item from the pictures on the site. The quality is appalling, The printing is unclear and spelling is awful. It is much smaller than the pictures show and more or less impossible to follow the instructions. I ordered this for my granddaughter and I'm unable to give it to her as I would be too embarrassed. I would not recommend this item. They have offered me a 20% refund to 'put up and shut up' and they have taken down my review. I have tried again but I doubt they will treat the second review any differently.

Please do not shopbwith this company . Bought a mini cooling fan and it is completely useless. No switch button, fan does not work at all. When I pour water into the water tank as instructed, the water leaks. It is completely misleading and waste of money. It is a scam. Stay away from the company.

Bought a lovely cow light . It’s really cute and colourful. Going to put it in the caravan for trips away

Though they "sell exclusively to UK customers", their warehouse is actually based in Hong Kong.

On top of this, once you place and pay for an order, it will sit on their system for 7 to 10 days before they actually action it.

Expect delays of up to 2 or 3 weeks when ordering items.

Rip off company. I bought a garden sprinkler (in UK) which has leaks and un-repairable. They wanted me to ship it back to China. I offered to ship it back to UK. They refused. I will now inform my bank and they will have to either let me post it to UK or collect it. Or I will get my money back.

I placed an order with Homefaves on the 29th of June and nothing on tracking. I placed an order for the same item with Debenhams and I am getting the order tomorrow

Disgusting, parcel not received,Evri said it was delivered, but I was away on holiday, it was obviously dumped outside my door. evri showed a photo of the parcel against my letterbox,as if it had been posted through. The parcel would have been far too big to fit through. I asked homefaves where the parcel was & they just said sort it out with Evri and goodbye!

BOUGHT SOME GARDEN LIGHTS ONLY 2 OF THEM FOR 40 POUNDS AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE DINTED SO I ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL AFTER SENDING THEM PHOTOS AND EMAILS IM STILL WAITING A MONTH ON AND NOW THEY HAVE ASKED ME FOR FURTHER PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE SO IVE JUST TAKEN THE SAME PICTURES AGAIN AND EMAILED THEM OVER THEY ARE APPAULING
