Great variety of coffee in their sample pack, even have decaff ones. My husband loves strong, aromatic coffee and this was perfect for him. Also, he liked that they came as coffee bags (like tea bags)... Se mer

No way of contacting this company …

I bought my coffee frother last October and it is not working anymore. I have tried to contact the company via email and have now sent 5 and absolutely no response whatsoever. I have tried a live chat twice but it does not connect you to anyone or even have an automated response and there is no telephone number to contact anyone. Appalling company service . I will now have to go down the route of recovering my money from the credit card company so I can purchase a new one .

Dreadful Customer Service

Recently purchased the milk frother, looked great and worked well .. until it didn’t, just two months later.
I have tried several times to contact this company to no avail. I’ve sent several emails, completed the online “contact us” form and started an “online chat”.
Still absolutely nothing, no response. The 1 star isn’t for the damaged product, although I would like a working one. It’s for the customer service, or lack of.

Easy to order

Easy to order, and prompt delivery. I thought this was a brilliant idea and ordered them to take on holiday. Unfortunately they are not strong enough for me and I have passed them on to a friend. A stronger version please.

Love to review your coffee but have not…

Original coffee did not arrive but replacement sent out and arrived the next day.

We're sorry to hear this. We've checked your tracking with Royal Mail and it appears they haven't attempted to deliver it yet. You should have received it by now, so we will contact them and find out what's going on.

Home Coffee First purchase

Great tasting coffee in recyclable sachets, with the coffee bags also compostible. Purchased the decaffeinated options , will definitely be buying in the future
