I wish I had found this site first. I would have been warned. I ordered a chair on 30th June. So far no chair, no asked for refund. Constantly no reply from customer service except once. Thank goodness I paid by credit card and they have stepped in to help.

Would give zero but can’t! Ordered a chair for my sister and Rebecca and Lesley could not have been more helpful. When it arrived, the chair wasn’t suitable and they readily agreed to collect it back. That’s when the good service ended! Sent an email to me saying refund on the way and despite, me sending them numerous emails and phone calls I have still not received the refund, or any response to my emails. This company also trades under carehomechairs. I’ve now put it into the hands of my credit card company and will be contacting trading standards. Suggest others contact trading standards as well if you’ve been swindled by this company.

Awful company. My uncle ordered a chair but unfortunately passed away before it was delivered. I contacted them and they quickly stopped the delivery so they still have the chair. I have been promised a refund but this has not happened and I have been fobbed off many times. It is now nearly 3 months since I first contacted them and despite repeatedly being told a refund would be sent, still nothing and Rebecca never calls back. Customer service is absolutely appalling. I have made his care home aware never to recommend this company to any other residents.

Ordered a sofa in March for my brother who is in a care home and has dementia. Delivery was promised for 2 weeks but after 6 weeks the company still couldn’t give me a delivery date so I cancelled the order. I was promised a refund but nearly 2 months later and after countless phone calls and emails he still hasn’t had his money back. I’ve now commenced legal action against Homecarechairs to get him his refund. Dealing with the company is a nightmare - they simply ignore emails and phone calls. On the rare occasion I have managed to speak to someone, they promise a refund but nothing ever happens. Seriously do not use this company!

My parents had a horrible experience with this company. Shocking customer service - either ignored completely or told they would get back to us and then nothing.

Chair took far longer to deliver than initially said with no updates provided unless my dad called to chase - after eventually saying he didn’t believe they were a legitimate company he received a receipt for his order and a vague delivery update.

Chair was eventually delivered as far as the hallway where it subsequently got stuck and the delivery guys just jumped ship saying they had already done above and beyond what was required of them.

My parents are in their 70s and my dad is extremely unwell and not even an apology was offered by this joke of a company.

I stepped in to contact them as my parents were so upset and the one reply I got was so unprofessional I began to wonder who we had given our money to - no punctuation or capitalisation and an admission of “the girls have not answered because they dont know how to”. I was then told this same man (zero idea who is or how he relates to this company, no email signature or professional email address) would contact me the next day and have since heard precisely nothing.

Honestly disgusting treatment.

Delivery took 26 days instead of the 10-14 days they commit to on their website. Emails to check on delivery status ignored or replied to with lies.Promised phone calls with answers never received. In short appalling customer service with an attitude. When the chair was finally received, dumped on the driveway by some courier service without notice, we had our physiotherapist take a good look at it. They pronounced it to be poorly designed, poorly constructed from poor materials and entirely unfit for purpose- pronouncing it would do more damage than good to a user. Furthermore these people are not the manufacturer or designer, they are just traders, buying in cheap unfit for purpose rubbish product from a contractor. Avoid!

Arrived in good order and well packed
Overall seems wel made and nicesly finished

We are pleased with our chairs and they are well constructed and good value. Our overall experience was spoilt by 2 promised delivery dates not happening.

Quality Product delivered in an acceptable time period.

Exceptional service from ordering to delivery.

I would have given 5 stars only the delivery time exceeded what I was given to expect.

The chair looks good and seems comfortable. However, I believe their customer service could be a lot better. An email was ignored, call-back didn't happen and kept holding on too long when I rang. In my delivery instructions I asked for driver to ring me approx. 1 hour away so I could be at the nursing home when it arrived. Having received bad customer service I suspected this wouldn't happen so I went over and waited and yes I was right the driver didn't ring me. I detected a bit of an 'attitude' from them in my dealings. At no point did I feel like a valued customer.

The chair purchased is of excellent quality, and is great value. The whole process from placing the order to swift delivery was very smooth. Customer service also excellent with friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend this company !

I like chair but cushion cover tends to crease up is there anything I can do to prevent this

Excellent service just the tight chair for my husband. Lovely man delivered and placed it in position for him.
