After more than a year on the market, we are very grateful to Matt and the team for helping us finally sell our apartment in Liverpool. Selling a leasehold property proved to be a real challenge, and we are simply relieved to have it completed and to be able to move on.
Thank you for your help and professionalism throughout the process.
Highly recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They were straight talking from the start which I appreciated. No false promises, just laid out the options and let me decide. Sale went through without any major issues.
I contacted Homebuyer Group after exploring a few different options for selling my property, and overall found the experience to be very straightforward and professional.
From the start, communication was clear and consistent. The process was explained well, and they were realistic about pricing and timelines, which I appreciated.
Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a hassle-free and relatively quick sale.

Things got a little too close for comfort at the end but they managed to get the sale done.
They are providing quick, fair and stress free service.

I'd been through 3 estage agents and none of them could sell my house. I called matt at Home buyer group and we had solicitors instructed within the week.

I had a tricky situation with a sitting tenant who had build up some areas so it was a bit more complicated than a normal sale. Home buyer group made me an offer and to stuck to their word.

Hi Simon, we appreciate you trusting us with what was a complex situation. All the best for the future
Every house sell or purchase I've been involved with has always taken months so I was surprised that they actually managed to buy our house in just a few weeks. They're professional and highly recommended.

Thanks for the review, Caroline! We know how drawn out and stressful the traditional selling process can be, so we’re really pleased we could help.
We went with the Flexiterm offer as it suited our situation better. I just didn't want to be a landlord anymore and the flexibility of this offer not only gave us the price we wanted, it also provided us with a a guaranteed income.

Thanks for your review, Billy. I'm pleased we could offer a solution that gave you the price you wanted, along with a regular income
I was sceptical at first but these guys were great throughout. They made me a cash offer and didn't try to reduce it at the last minute like the horror stories you hear

Glad we could help, Ernest. All the best
