I didn't receive my order and had to cancel to get a refund. No correspondence from the retailer and was sent no order tracking and confirmation, although payment still came out of my account
Wood flooring was never delivered, no response to emails/web chat and phone line disconnected. I have since read reviews this has happened to other customers and your company is a scam.

I have been trying to contact this…
I have been trying to contact this company for over a week, the first day I received an email to say someone will contact me within 24 hours. I still heard nothing . I have sent emails , I have been on the live chat I have phoned so many times and left messages , and still no response, be vary wary about this company as if anything goes wrong with your order they will not reply to you.
I can see you have written a reply and no I’m not a customer as you continue to ignore my calls and emails regarding placing an order through snap finance I have tried for 6 days now and on the first day I was told that you would arrange someone to call me in 24 hours this did not happen and I continue to call email and leave voicemails and nothing ….. but yet you can reply here with in half an hour of me writing this review . Even snap finance have been trying to contact you reguarding this . I’ll be happy to delete this review if you kindly respond to my emails / voicemails / live chat!
Oh and now have been in contact to say you don’t want to do business with me because I have put a review on here of how you have treated me .
