I ordered 2 X 5lts of Spear and Jackson and a Spear and Jackson sprayer. The solution arrived but a JCB sprayer was included instead. I tried several times to email your company and no answer. I then tried Spear and Jackson direct who DID reply to say you didn't have stock so sent alternative. This is not what I requested and not what you advertised. Clearly you don't wish to communicate with me so I have ordered the correct product from a more reliable source. Customers please be aware of this practice.

Delivery was prompt and well packed
Delivery was prompt and well packed. However, I have not yet used the product due to the appalling weather, but was requested twice to leave a review so here it is.

Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website, easy to checkout. I was notified throughout of each stage of my order. It arrived well packaged and on time.

Misleading website
Web site says free delivery on all orders. Google search says free delivery on all orders. Also, £5 off first order when you enter your email. BUT NO £5 off my order first order, and when you go to place order its only free when you order >£20. Quite misleading on all accounts.
One online shopping website to avoid.
