5 Star Appliance Repair
Artur was very knowledgeable and efficient when repairing my Subzero refrigerator. I had various technicians from other companies try to diagnose the problem and got many different recommendations, none of which was correct as it turned out. He analyzed and completed the job quickly and my refrigerator works great. Highly recommend him!

Lots of communication with the company - texts to confirm and to give ETAs. Technician was very professional. Quickly assessed what the problem was and ordered new part on the spot. Came back within the week to install. Very courteous and respectful - made sure floor was not scuffed when moving the oven. Very good service

Very pleased!
Visitation called to let Is know he was coming, and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our washer, then told us he could fix it but told me it would cost more to fix than than replace. He was courteous and efficient. Thanks!

Incomplete Service Poor Follow Through
I booked an appointment and had a technician come on a Wednesday. The problem was diagnosed, but the part the tech had on him was defective, so he said he'd come the following day in the late morning to fix the issue since it was "just a 30 minute fix." He left my oven half taken apart, so now the oven AND broiler are out of commission, when it was previously just the broiler. The next day comes and when I didn't hear from him at 11 a.m., I called him. He said he'd be at my house between 2 and 3 to fix the problem. I received a text at 1:51 in the afternoon stating that he was sorry but he couldn't come today and that he'd "try" to come tomorrow. I tried to call Home Alliance to make sure I had firm appointment for tomorrow since the text was a little iffy only to find out that I would now need to wait until probably Monday to fix the problem. Given all of the tech's promises and the fact that my oven is now taken apart and not usable, management should've tried to make an effort to get a tech out here but to no avail. Will never book with this company again.

The technician came out for a service call to repair our thermador oven / microwave, he explained all that he was going to do and troubleshot the problem, made a recommendation and explained all my options! I decided to go with the repair, and everything turned out well! He made me realize how much you have to believe in the products that are made well! Good people person and honest!
