Sophos Home Omdömen 

Eigentlich wollte ich nur ein Programm haben, dass gelegentlich mein Handy durchcheckt, ob ich versehentlich etwas heruntergeladen habe was meinem Handy schadet.

Ich bin völlig genervt , weil ich JEDES MAL, wenn ich etwas Google, bei Gmail, Galerie ... mich mit meinem Fingerabdruck identifizieren muss.

Ich würde es mir nicht mehr herunterladen, und bin schockiert, dass man es nicht einmal einfach deinstallieren kann, sondern erst ein entsprechendes Programm dafür braucht. Ich kann nur sagen: Hände weg!

Ich habe noch nie solange gebraucht ein Programm zu entfernen wie bei Sophos. Absoluter Dreck! Sophos schafft es sich nichtmal bei einer Neuinstallation schafft es Sophos die alte Version zu Deinstallieren und Neuzuinstallieren.

They showed me a discount of $38.99 from $59.99 back in March of 2024 to use on Windows 7 just after I bought it with in 10 minutes of buying it I tried to get a refund it wrote all sales final. Then I planned to not install it I did not want to let the time expire at this great sales price there was no warning of anything to go wrong until I installed it would not let me install it that I was using Windows 7 they had the nerve to take more money out of my Bank account to have buy more when they knew I had Windows 7 I had invoices of 2024 and 2025 they told me to get a refund from Sophos and Sophos wanted me to get it from Cleverbridge however these people are thieves too.

They wrote this near the 4th and 5th email:

Bei der Lizenz Änderung wurde die alte Lizenz zwei Tage vorher abgeschaltet als die neue aktiviert wird.
Ich bin im Ausland und kann nicht auf meinen Server zugreifen. Ich kann nicht arbeiten.
Mein IT Service teilte mir mit dass nicht nur ich davon betroffen bin.
Und die Lizenz Leute übernehmen keine Verantwortung.

drecks Programm. durch dieses Programm gab es bei meinem PC Fehler. Deinstallieren lasst sich der Dreck auch nicht ohne Probleme.

I like it so much better then smoothwall it does its job properly and I would do anything to have sophos baco over this inadequate irrelavant usless extention called smoothwall which is some ling ling bejing data collecter if you agree with me leave a review on smoothwall remember to speak form heart and truthful ;)

I have used Sophos on my Macs since 2014, first the free version but since 2019 the very reasonably priced Sophos Home. After moving to MacOS 14, I had a problem getting Sophos to work on my wife's computer, but that issue was solved quickly and competently by the Sophos support team. Really excellent service - much better than what we often get for much higher priced software. Well done Sophos :-)

Para Mac funciona horrible. El antivirus volvió mi ordenador lento e inservible. No lo recomiendo, fue tirar el dinero.

Goed anti-virus kan echter wel beter. Alles is makkelijk te beheren van uit de cloud.

Ich nutze Seit gut fast 5 Jahren Sophos Home und bin mehr als Zufrieden, Das Programm belastet nicht so den PC wie andere Virenscanner und ist auch nicht Aufdringlich das bei jeder Meldung ein Pop Up aufbringt. Auch Praktisch das ich in der Premium Version bis zu 10 PCs und Laptops mit ausstatten kann.

Allerdings würde ich mir Wünschen, das man eine Deinstallations Speere hat damit das Programm nicht deinstalliert werden kann ohne das ich z.B ein Kennwort eingeben muss.

Tried daily to get rid of cookies Sopos scan would not remove. Read all related topics to no avail. Google it and again no help. Tried everything. Going to look for a new virus protection since this one cant remove cookies.

The Sophos website aggressively promises antivirus solutions for Mac products, but it's been a nightmare since the moment I download it. It does not recognize my email or allow me to login. It does not allow me to add a license key to activate the service. It repeatedly asks me to create new accounts and pay again and again. Every time I start my MacBook I get a cumbersome splash screen requiring that I login to Saphos, but it displays an error when I follow the link. And finally, it does not allow me to remove the application or avoid the ubiquitous prompts. This is worse than any malware I could have envisioned on my MacBook.

UPDATE: In response to this review, Sophos sent me a generic link to their Help pages. The link required a login, which again failed.

Sophos Home is wonderful and keeps my computers safe.

Protected my computer and identity. Great product and price!

I was not able to implement it on my macbook.

Computer seems very slow to boot up and inconsistent. Feedback from Sophos is rarely observed.

Straightforward renewal.
Protection routine and effective.
