Platform is ok, customer service very very poor
Platform is ok. Customer service is abysmal. Difficult to find a way to connect. When you call, you are put on hold (I was first in line for over 10 minutes) and then they hang up on you. Happened two times in a row. Lost patience after being over 3h30mn on hold (while being first in line for the entire time). But clearly means that there is no one actually answering the phone. Very frustrating as I am already a client....

Terrible communication.
I believe I had closed my mother's Saxo Trading account down about 6 years ago. About a year later I started to receive corporate actions on my mother's account. I contacted Saxo on several occasions over the years, to ask if my mother still had any stocks or cash in it, they said no, and that the account had now been fully closed.
About 3 weeks ago, I received an email, saying, that any cash or stocks must be removed from her account by the 4th September 2026, before access was denied.
It turned out that my mother's account had not been closed and there were still some Vodafone shares in it. After several more phone calls, I was told that my mother's account was valued at just over £70.00. Once costs had been added, she received £17.58.

Jaya was brilliant
Jaya was brilliant ; She knew her stuff and was able to effortlessly guide me through a complicated procedure to do with changing currencies and downloading these. She advised leaving the funds one day to avoid any negative costs on the day of conversion and was available the next day to guide me to final completion. Moreover, apart from the transactions she was charming, relaxed, friendly and very clear in her explanations. A very pleasant customer service !
