Death is an emotional and trying time for all families. It is extremely heart wrenching because you are questioning every decision that you make . The selection of an urn for my wife that would also allow for us to be cremated together in the future was very difficult , until we came upon your company. I cannot tell you the number of compliments, and congratulations and expressions of amazement that we received from our families, friends, funeral directors, and everyone who was involved with the memorial service for my wife.
She and I as a LG BTQ couple find that our expression of love is often questioned. Your artistic expression of a dual heart connected throughout eternity was perfect. Your execution, providing this beautiful tribute across the world in four days from your factory to Syracuse New York was exceptional. We had already planned a backup plan in case it did not arrive on time. Not only did it arrive on time, it arrived early ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart because when I walked into the service and saw this beautiful artistic creation, not only did it touch my heart it exploded my soul. I will forever be grateful to you and to your company.
