We’ve had a wonderful experience with Holts Gems. We wanted to make sure the wedding band matched an unusual engagement ring. They chose some beautiful rings to get the conversation started and give us ideas. They helped us to make decisions on a version that was beautiful and would stand the test of time. Everyone at Holts Gems has been patient, helpful and full of ideas. They have made the experience a wonderful one and we are both delighted with our ring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Holts were fantastic! Their service was excellent talking me through diamond categories and allowing and supporting me to take my time to make decisions on the diamond and band combination. They supported the process every step but where never pushy or ‘salesy’ always ensuring I was happy and comfortable before proceeding even suggesting I slept on it before final purchase. Overall a brilliant service!

After many months of looking for an engagement ring for my gf, I stumbled upon Holt's gem and out of most jewellers I have visited, they were by far the best. Alicja was super helpful and very knowledge in all aspects. She helped me identify my gf's ring size exactly just from a photo I showed her. She also helped me get the perfect gemstone for the ring just from a simple conversation. Very kind and simple service. Would highly recommend especially for coloured gemstones.

We had the most lovely experience finding our wedding rings here. We worked with Marianne over email to set up an appointment time and discuss our preferences. When we came in for our appointment, she had a beautiful selection of rings all set up and ready for us to try. Her communication and expertise were fantastic throughout. We love our rings and are so thankful for Marianne's help - we couldn't recommend working with Holt Gems more!

I didn't spend a day in Hatton Garden as many do but went straight to Holts Gems based on already excellent feedback. I wasn't disappointed. Alicja was very attentive over the few initial appointments that I had and assisted with choosing the stones and explaining the characteristics. She also ensured that my followup questions about the design were answered to my satisfaction before we agreed to proceed. Pricing is honest and reasonable from the outset.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Holts Gems and will return in future for further assistance. Sufficed to say, the ring was very well received!

I would recommend Holts Gems in an instant. Marianne was welcoming, knowledgeable and (very) patient. That made navigating online design meetings a breeze. It also provided reassurance that the engagement ring we designed would be perfect. That reassurance is near-enough priceless. Needless to say, the ring is beautiful and my fiancée and I couldn’t be happier with it.

I can’t recommend this place enough to get your engagement ring! I decided to take my other half with me so we could choose a ring together. They called up in advance to find out the style I was looking for and the budget so they would only show the options that were available. Alicja was amazing with helping us choose the perfect ring and went the extra mile in terms of customer service by explaining everything including the usually pitfalls. Marianne was extremely accommodating to let me pick up the ring on a day that they don’t usually have customers. She was incredibly warm and funny and provided all the information I needed. We’ll be back to buy our wedding bands from here!
