I called to book an appointment for a brace adjustment, and I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The Filipino staff member who answered the call sounded rude, irritated, and unwilling to assist with my inquiry.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Customer service representatives should be polite, patient, and willing to help clients with their needs. Unfortunately, the manner in which my call was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
