So, I cannot complain at all, and the whole process took about 2-3 weeks. Very impressive, quick, and efficient. Surprisingly easy, and I had to do next to no work for it either. Unbelievable refund when we had no clue we were due one.

Ruby rang me about getting a potential refund. After finding out how the company worked and what was needed, I sent Ruby a few bits of information that she requested in order to submit the paperwork to the local council. Within a few weeks we had received a notification from the local council saying that we were getting a refund of the business rates. This was fantastic. No money was paid upfront and we settled the invoice once the refund had been received. Very easy, no stress and a refund in the bank. Ruby was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to work with her.
