Paid, never received order
Placed order #118860 on January 30th 2026. It's April 2nd, 2026 and I haven't received it.

Placed order #118860 on January 30th 2026. It's April 2nd, 2026 and I haven't received it.
I appreciate they are (possibly) a one-person operation, but it's been very slow so far.
Ordered a couple of books on 27th December. I made first contact for an ETA on 24th Jan. Got a bit of a snippy e-mail back about delays, with the offer to cancel the order.
I waited some more. Finally got a tracking number this week, but it's just pre-tracking. They've created the label, and that's it. Nothing has been dispatched yet.
They are very active on social media, advertising their products, and reposting mentions from their customers. Surely more time spent on actually fulfilling customers - who are waiting 7 weeks (and counting) for a couple of books - would be the obvious move?
I think next time, I'll buy their stuff when it's being carried by a bookshop closer to me.
The book was meant to be dispatched in November. It is 9th of December and it still hasn't been sent. They keep lying about when they will send it to me. They even generated a post label on 2nd December just so it says "Dispatched". FedEx still hasn't received it.
Edit. Book arrived 17 December. It was damaged due to not being packaged sufficiently.
Slow to post and their ‘customer service’ email was incredibly patronising and rude when I had the temerity to politely ask whether there was any tracking information. Will not be ordering any more.
I ordered several lore books from hollo-press and was incredibly pleased with their quality.
Ordered on the 6th September and arrived on the 17th. Books in perfect state and packaged wonderfully in sustainable packaging. 6 books, none damaged.
Great price, great products, supports artists.
Ordered again and looking forward to more releases in the future.

One issue is that I cannot seem to sign up to the newsletter. Oh well, I'll just check the site every so often. Having a way to make an account with a wishlist, order tracking, etc would also be nice.
I accidentally used an old address due to not paying attention to the autofill details when entering my payment information.
When it finally came to my attention I reached out to the company and heard back from them VERY quickly (within 24 hrs) and they stayed in contact until the mistake was corrected.
They are friendly, helpful and provide amazing grim dark content for those of us who like gritty, weird tales of adventure.
They were honest and communicative that my order would take longer to ship than their advertised time, and when I expressed that I needed it to arrive before a certain date they reassured me it would arrive prior to then. Arrived 2 weeks before that date, everything in good condition. Lovely hardbacks with green velvet ribbon.
Upon receiving notification that shipping will cost me more than normal due to some Fed Ex shenanigans and being in a ‘remote zone’, Hollow Press contacted me promptly and let me know what options I had to ensure my package was delivered as soon as possible. Can’t give these guys enough credit for their quality of content and customer service. They have not done me wrong yet.
FedEx lost my item.
Hollow-Press support took several days to respond to my initial emails.
Once I reached support, they were friendly and apologized for the delay. I was promised that the item would be reshipped, although not until the following week.
This occurred on a Monday, so that means a delay of 5+ additional business days.
They then failed to deliver on that promise and ghosted me for several more days before repeating the same promise again.
It has now been more than five weeks since I originally placed the order.
I hated to do it, but I've reached my breaking point and asked for a refund.
(Which I have not yet received.)
The reviews here are - as far as I can tell - no longer up to date. Hollow Press has a customer service that is usually fast, reliable and helpful. Package took its time, but not everything can be amazon prime. The site is great, you'll know if the stuff is to your liking almost immediatly. The books arrived in good quality. The come wrapped up save and sound, wich I also appreciate!
Waited 109 days, package never arrived. Messaged service to only be told that I could 'take it out' on my postal service since I didn't use FEDEX even though the option to not use it was present. I was told to buy something else and mention the failed delivery to get a 'free' copy. Don't buy from them, they're grifting.
Item were not sent after two months. After a first short email exchange the seller did not reply anything for four days. I wrote that I will have to ask for reimbursement to paypal if I didn't get a reply within four days and that I was disappointed with the service. I finally got a reply the next day but in a very unfriendly way. The seller also criticized my "attitude" despite me always writing in a neutral way.
