Parcel actually got taken from out side my house. And they fully re funded me within 24h. I thought i would of just lost my money but they sorted me out straight away with an apology as well!

Super to have these and a very speedy turnaround. Delighted with the product.
For customers outside England such as me based in Northern Ireland, add in the transport at the point of purchase. I nearly missed the email with delivery costs having to be paid post-purchase separately.

Kaizen adjustable spectrum twin LED 4FT 25W light Bars
Very impressed with the ease of use of the lights for all 3 stages of growth, well packaged and in working order. I chose these lights as this is my first time using lights and they seem to cover all my needs in terms of the spectrum and ease of use. I will give a further review later. I missed my first delivery as the tracking showed the driver was miles away so popped out to get some milk, 10 minutes at the most and then received a text to say failed delivery no one at home.
I requested redelivery today and was surprised to find on tracking that it can remain stationery for ages then suddenly leap a mile or more else ware, so I will not rely on that in future.

What a fantastic customer service…
What a fantastic customer service experience..
I ordered an item last month, only for it to fail one month later.
I got intouch with Holland via the WhatsApp number and was contacted back really quick by Sam T.
I explained my problem and I was told straight away that they would be able to swap the item, I was expecting to send it off and have them look at it & then send a replacement.
But No, this wasn't the case, Sam assured me a new one would be sent the next day and the courier would pick mine up, It arrived when I was told it would do.
I've had bad dealings when buying online in the past and I wasn't expecting my experience to go this smoothly, but like I said before Sam was fantastic, constant communication and reassurance.
I will definitely be a retuning customer.

I ordered 4 items that they didn’t even have in stock .. with next day delivery . 5 days later I contact them only to be spoke to like a fool. They informed me they don’t have the items yet. But didn’t think to contact me straight away and tell me. They were more than happy to cancel my order and send me on my way without a care . Or apologies.. I have to say, I really do believe that this garden centres reviews, may be faked . Avoid them .

good value for money
the propagator covers are a little flimsy but are fine for the price. The base has raised areas to provide drainage and small pots - 2" -won't sit on them properly.
