Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Not professional at all. Almost accusatory in nature after I received an incorrect order, which I opened because I didn't realise it was incorrect. Such a shame, because I did really like their Alpine CBD tincture but won't be ordering again. Also had a problem with the pipette leaking and not srewing up tightly enough to transport the product.

thank you for your feedback and it's a shame that you feel that way even though we refunded you immediatelly, although the products were receiced. We apolgised and told you that the records are showing that the items had been sent correctly just in two different postal orders and asked you to send us a photo to confirm what you received so we could check with our fulfillment team. Instead of responding to us you decided to give us 1-star review. This really hurts. But thank you anyway.

Great Products
Ok, now ive tried it out and i love it. The raw is Nice on daytime. Capsules is Nice to have on the go. Nice to start a day with some cbd coffie, takes the Edge off! I tend to talk much from coffee, this makes it easier to be more «normal» after coffee. Alpine is super after 20:00 clock! Makes sleep better! Next time i will buy the coffee decaf!

Great service but products didn't do what I'd hoped for...
I bought a couple of CBD products from Holistic Hemp Scotland, hoping to get some relief from menopausal insomnia. I was very impressed with the service and speed of delivery but the products haven't helped with my sleep issues - I was very aware they might not.

I felt that the honey was adequate…
I felt that the honey was adequate didn't have an overwhelming sense of hemp however did provide some therapeutic relief from my MS. Overall shipping and dispatch times were very good and I would recommend the company and may still shop around for an alternative honey.

Good stuff
It arrived in good time.
Although the bottle could have been wrapped with bubble wrap within the padded envelope. Lucky it arrived whole and well.
Taste is strong. But perhaps as I chose hempoil as carrier.
I take it at night.
It seems to work.

Dear Annemarie, thank you for your feedback and some valuable comments. Yes, the taste is strong as the oil is raw and has everything form the original plant including waxes, chlorophyll, terpenes, cannabinoids and flavonoids. We keep it this way for a reason as we believe in whole plant hollistic properties. As far as the packing is concerned, we can assure you that for over four years of being in business, we have always been shipping oils this way and never had a case of broken glass inside. So not to generate more plastic waste, we thought it's better to keep it to a minimum. We don package them additionally if it's more than one bottel to prevent them knocking each other.
