Holidaysafe Travel Insurance Omdömen 

Just wanted to renew policy and question was asked if ny change to health issues over previous 12 months to which I said NO. Couldn't proceed to payment and had to go through entire health history with agent which took over 30 mins.
Extremely tiresome, why ask the top question in the first place.

We had problems with the transfer to our hotel, but these were resolved by Loveholidays to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was good, staff excellent and really nice food. Entertainment was mediocre and very loud until after 11.00 pm if you has a pool facing room. Transfer after the holiday back to the airport was on time and comfortable but the driver drove one handed at 70 mph on the dual carriageway as he ate his breakfast! Rather disconcerting!

Very pleased with Service and Price

Always consistent in their pricing and more importantly very good cover for Medical Conditions price wise they are far more economical than other Travel Insurers. Been a client for a numbe of years.

When my wife was diagnosed with bowel cancer, our existing insurance company wouldn’t cover her. When I shopped around a lot of the mainstream insurers were asking for thousands to cover her (as if the diagnosis on its own wasn’t depressing enough). I found HolidaySafe via the McMillan website and found their prices reasonable - obviously higher than before the diagnosis but, not taking the piss amounts higher like other companies. Haven’t had to put them to the test yet thankfully but, the sales process was straightforward enough and hopefully, if MacMillan recommend them, they should be ok

The pages on their website kept freezing. I spoke on live chat, they sent me to book a call, but there were no appointments free at all? so could not make any purchace of travel insurance. Very inefficient

Lack of flexibility - I only wanted cancellation cover for a UK holiday. What I got was the same as overseas travel including such things as medical cover, repatriation, flight cancellation, baggage cover etc none of which were relevant.
