So easy to take out insurance online with this company- and very reasonable price. All good!

The Company were thorough & gave me a good price for my annual policy to Europe & Spain although it take over an hour for all the health questions which was onerous .

I have used Holidaysafe Travel insurance for over 10 years and never made a claim. Following my last trip I claimed for lost luggage. Claim submitted 5 weeks ago and although acknowledgement received on 15 June, since then nothing further heard!

The quote for my single trip holiday insurance was the lowest of the three companies I contacted despite giving exactly the same answers to all the questions.

Have used Holidaysafe for quite a few of my holidays. I started using them as the company I previously used increased my premium by over 150%. I have incurable but treatable cancer and my husband also has medical issues, thankfully Holidaysafe are happy to insure us, albeit it is more than I would like to pay but it does depend where we are travelling. We are going to the Caribbean this time and it was £460 compared to other quotes which were over £1500. I cannot comment on how they deal with claims as I have never had to make one. However I would highly recommend them on price alone.

Reasonable price for a good holiday insurance cover

Poor customer service. Staff spoke poor English, did not seem to understand what I was saying, and kept contradicting themselves. They rang back to tell me that what they'd just told me was wrong, then rang back again to tell me that what they'd told me the second time was wrong as well. I ended up cancelling the policy.

I received a great deal of help over the phone to complete the details.

I find Holidaysafe easy and cheaper than anyone else will certainly be using in future Thank you

Easy to renew my travel insurance

Although the call handler was polite and helpful it was obvious English was not their 1st language and this made the call quite difficult they did not appear to understand common conditions and I was put on hold several times during the call to allow them to seek advice. It took over an hour to obtain a quote. The price for cover was very reasonable. Maybe the call handler was new in post, my husband told me he has used this company and has never experienced issues.

We insured with them this year, happily didn't have to make any claims, easy to take out policy, price fair so insured with them for next year holiday

I spoke on the phone to one of your customer service team. Unfortunately the gentleman was not English I think Indian, and I had great difficulty in understanding him. I felt very embarrassed at having to ask him to keep repeating the questions. Eventually we got through it but it was a trial to do so. I have used you before . If it were not for my 20% discount I would have terminated the phone call.

Helpful as I am a regular customer but usually have a discount of 20%. Can’t see any evidence of this!

I’ve some pre existing health conditions and used Holidaysafe several times since being diagnosed with cancer. Yes, there are lots of questions some of which I’m not completely sure of, but the cover is very reasonable. I noticed that there’s no longer a requirement to disclose every minor issue or GP visit, a big improvement. I’ve never needed to make a claim and fingers crossed this continues. I guess that would be the time to review the quality of the product.

Easy to use website, great quotes because they actually break down the risk and treat each condition in detail rather than a blanket quote to cover themselves, this suggests more customer focus in my mind, the price compared with the leading brands emphasises this and speaks for itself.

We have used Holiday safe for many years for both one off and annual cover and have been very happy. The registration process is relatively quick and easy to provide the medical information for cover. Cover cost is comparable with other companies.
