Sid was excellent on the phone brilliant service

well booked for a luxury nile cruise and hotel stay the hotel was very nice and no issues but when we arrived for the luxury nile cruise we were not put on the boat we had paid for nor did we get the room we paid for instead we got a boat that even the locals said was slum there about 40 of us all in the same boat all
complaining and the company couldn’t not be bothered to discuss this at first but after 5 days of a 7 day cruise the offered a new boat great but we couldn’t be bothered to move so turned this offer down apparently the problem was not them but their suppliers doesn’t matter who was to blame as a customer they have failed me as tourist

Having booked a holiday to Budapest in April for travel in December 2025, I was a little concerned that all the travel documents hadn't been received and on trying to book our seats online, I didn't have a booking number or email reference to log into Ryanair to do so. After speaking to Phil, he eliminated all my worries and was extremely helpful, giving me all the relevant documents I needed and was very prompt with his responses. I cannot thank Phil enough as I was beginning to get a little worried about the whole booking. I wish I had dealt with Phil right from the very start, he is a credit to the company and I would recommend anyone contacting this company, to ask for Phil as his service was first class! THANK YOU PHIL IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH YOU!

Shane was helpful and positive at all times.It would be helpful to supply passport details at time of booking instead of 24 hours in advance of check in.My travel companion was not at home but by luck she had her passport details on her phone.Otherwise we could not have got them to you within 24 hours.When outward boarding cards sent, it would be helpful if date of sending inbound boarding cards were given at the same time. I did emphasise that we wanted twin beds.However, Hotel Galileo gave us a double bed and told us no twin beds were available.My companion slept on the floor the first night.I had been assured that although the hotel confirmation stated double or single, ' there would be no problem finding us a twin room' once we arrived.This was not the case.

i had my trip on the alnabilatan in jan 25 with all kinds of issues that people are still reporting now,i took action straight away via my credit card company and got a sizeable refund.best advice is even if the booking process was great dont leave your review till your on or had your trip and take pics good or bad just incase..

I booked a 3 night trip to Prague with Holidayjet. Roger was really helpful and put me at ease as I had never used them before. I went to Prague this week and had a small issue with the hotel - they asked me to pay for the full amount but I insisted I had already paid and showed proof of this and they accepted this. Everything else went perfectly fine! Thanks again, Roger!

We paid for up grades to a top floor with balcony and queen size bed but none of these where available on any boat going up the nile as they can't have balcony's or queen size beds they are all single.
We have tried to get a refund for the up grade be holidayjet says they aren't going to refund the money. Even more concerning is they say they are APTA but they aren't, this must be false advertising. I woul like your help as this holiday is still being offered.
