Paul was so patient and helpful with very useful knowledge . No pressure to purchase, felt at ease asking many questions. We did book a Silversea cruise and happy with the package they put together. Thank you. We have used cruise2 on several occasions and they always score 100%

I had the pleasure of booking a holiday with Holiday2 yesterday. I spoke to a lovely guy called Paul who pulled out all the stops to get me a holiday when it looked as if i had left it too late and all places were booked. He was extremely professional and friendly. It was nice to actually speak to a person because so often these days you're talking to an automated voice. He made the booking process so easy and I will definitely consider using Holiday2 again in the future.

What fabulous customer service! Having only been on two short and less than glamorous cruises previously, the thought of an adult only cruise as part of a larger package really appealed to me and my husband, so we sent an enquiry through to Holiday2 and were lucky enough to be contacted by Paul who was able to make the whole process of booking so seamless and enjoyable. Paul was able to explain the cabin layout and also offered some flexibility on which cabin to book. Having little experience of cruises, I was so grateful of Paul’s knowledge and also his patience as I feel I asked some pretty silly questions. 🤭. Thank you Paul!

Jordan was exceptional with his knowledge and patience. Admin was a bit slow but when details did arrive they were comprehensive. So far so good.

The booking process was very smooth with BUTAL answering clearly any questions we had, eg that the flight luggage of 23kg was included in the quoted price.

Trying to book a very popular holiday with cruise line phones difficult to access by your agent. However Paul S was fantastic. I wanted to book 2 singles and cabins were in short supply. Paul stayed on my case for several hours and delivered our desired dream holiday. Can’t thank him enough.

The holiday was as described in the original detailing that I had initially read. There were no extras as is often the case with other apparently good offers. Although I did choose a number of upgrades the cost of these was very reasonable.
My travel consultant was Betul who was very knowledgeable about the cruise she was selling. She confirmed the holiday promptly with details exactly as agreed on the telephone.

Jordan was Very helpful and very knowledgable, no question was too much.

Jason answered all our questions and suggested a special offer upgrade which we accepted. The booking process was easy.

The sales agent was excellent. She was clearly knowledgable about all key details, as well as being very pleasant, patient and helpful as we explored different flight/cabin and price options.

Booked for a party of 4 today, Paul was excellent throughout and made the the experience very easy, also giving many tips on visas, and the whole cruise, all in all a total stress free booking very helpful and knowledgeable.
