Incredible experience at Glasgow Audio…
Incredible experience at Glasgow Audio helped the team helped me pick out my first MC cartridge and pre amp then when I went to pick it all up they even fitted the cartridge to my turntableand even helped me to the car with it all .

Brilliant Customer Service

Great staff & exceptional value
All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, they gave some good advice to help make my decision on the purchase. I must highlight Anna she was very helpful and the package she put together is great. The products on offer are great value compared with others. Would highly recommend.

Prompt, helpful, friendly service. The manufacturer included the wrong remote control with the CD player but this was immediately replaced by Holburn. My initial questions regarding setup and compatibility were answered.

Website was good to use
Website was good to use, however the delivery time quoted was misleading in saying 2-4 days. It actually took nearer 10 days to receive my package and it never came by the carrier that I was expecting.
I think I would have been better collecting direct from the shop.

“I don’t want to spend a fortune……”
The guys at Holburn Hi Fi were fantastic from start to finish. Explained everything clearly and in simple terms which I really appreciated as I was lost amongst all the info I had seen online. I wanted a decent set up without getting too carried away. There was no hard sell and certainly an understanding of my budget. I can’t recommend Holburn Hi Fi highly enough.
