I’d been after a Cyrus streamer for a while to complete my system but at full price I kept putting me off. I came across this ex demo at Holborn at a good price. Easy to buy on the web site and quick delivery. Signed up for the news letter and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Again.

I needed a replacement record cleaning machine after my old one stopped working. After much research I decided on a Keith Monks model. Holburn caught my eye initially as it was slightly cheaper. Still undecided, I dropped a line in the chat asking if they did finance. Christian replied promptly the following morning. After several messages back and forth explaining options, credit was arranged before close of play that day.

There was a slight delay in Monks' manufacturing process and Christian phoned me to update and confirm if I wished to proceed. We had good old chat about various other cleaners but I decided to stick with my original choice, which was delivered safely this morning.

Overall, very knowledgeable and friendly company to deal with. I fully expect to shop with them again, many thanks for saving my vinyl collection.

Placed online order on a Sunday only to be emailed the following Tuesday that the item wasn’t in stock and was discontinued. Obviously order was cancelled but had to wait til the Saturday for the funds to be back in my account.

I spoke to Jesse several months ago and he has been spot on with his advice throughout the time it has taken for me to select the pieces that I feel are best for me. His care and consideration of the cost being incurred made me feel that Jesse genuinely cared about the whole process and wanted me to be 100% sure that I felt comfortable with spending such a huge chunk of money. At no point did I feel pressured into taking the decisions I did. Jesse you’re a top banana and I would recommend you and your team to anyone no matter they are in the UK. Pardon the pun, but you will get sound advice from a stellar bunch!
