if only i could, i'd put 0 stars.
they make you believe that you will receive a whole canvas for 40 euros, custom made with your image, ready to paint and hang while in the end you receive just a sheet with - to be honest- bad quality of colours.
the same thing but better quality of photo i bought from shein and temu for 7 euros and THEY charge 40 euros!
and not only that but in the website says that if you are unhappy with your order to let them know and they will resolve it. HUGE LIE.
i have, for two weeks now trying to communicate with them stating that i want to return and get a refund and they dont reply or when they do they avoid the subject and then again wont reply again. terrible. avoid!! better try temu and shein. at least with them if there is something wrong you definitely getting your money back.

I ordered more than 10 items from them. Everything was OK until today! I received a damaged item, so I emailed them with pictures. At first they were willing to help and take responsibility for their mistake b
Which bad packing and no fragile sticker on the shipping box. The moment they knew that I don't live in the USA they just sold me like I am not human. I give them credit for the refund. Now who is paying for international shipping inbound and outbound? Me! $60

I ordered two number-paintings (within 2 years) and one scratch painting a few months ago. Everything went well, the products arrived on time, I received products and accessories that correspond to the description. The scratch painting arrived folded and beacuse of this was a little creased. The customer service was helpful and friendly, they sent me another one. Unfortunately, it also arrived rolled up, but in principle it is not their fault, an external company does the packaging at an external site. For the second time, I received a discount coupon. Overall I am satisfied with them.

Die Lieferung dauerte ca. 2 Wochen, das ist ziemlich schnell. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und Farben sind bunt. Ich werde auch weiterhin hier Bestellen.

I ordered custom diamond painting kit in the beginning of autumn to deal with my flowing depression. It took about 3 weeks to be delivered to Prague. The package was neatly packed, the kit had everything I need. I started right after and couldn’t move away from embroidery, this is so meditative and addictive!

Paid for express shipping - took a month.

Canvasses arrived on terrible quality material and worst of all they put on the wrong picture.
We ordered 2 pictures of our dog and they sent 2 of the same pictures of a random person.
Sent an email to their support but I doubt I’ll get a refund. Don’t want my original pictures printed as the material quality is so poor.

Never again.

I bought three diamond paintings. The first one was mediocre. The second was supposed to be a landscape but I received a vertical image instead. The third was a family custom and the skin colors were so wrong I didn’t even recognize the faces. Tried to contact the “24/7” costumer service but haven’t received an answer and it’s been over a week. Very disappointed.

Awful service. My order was made in 17/11 and I still haven't received the package. They stated that it will take around 16 days and it has been more than 35 days now and still the package hasn't arrived! Furthermore, the customer service has stopped getting back to us after we complained about the delay. Good job guys, this was supposed to be a Christmas present but it seems it's going to be delivered closer to Easter probably.

SCAM! 8.9. I ordered Professional Wooden Brushes - 9 pcs × 1 $14.95. What came is just terrible cheap plastic zero quality brushes. They don't even have the shape they should have! Totally different goods then advertised. The word "wooden" is even in the name of it and yet, it is not wooden! I want my money back! Worst buying experience ever.

Useless. It was lacking two colours, was not worth wait. Frame was broken. Delivery took much longer than expected.

While doing my painting I noticed that few areas were missing a number to paint, so I had to use whatever I thought was right. One of my paints were also dried up (number 23), so I was very hard to use that. BUT I’m so happy with the result and I really recommend this!
