Excellent service and product well packaged.
Product I have bought for a family member's Birthday so cannot review that, although if it is like the item purchased last Christmas, it should be excellent.

Ordering is easy and it dispatched quickly. Unfortunately this time some items were missing from the order (it was a big order tbf) but going through the website's contact form didn't seem to get me anywhere. Eventually I found an actual email address (through the account/orders section) by the poor people the other end got my snotty self, because it was message number three or four nearly 2.5weeks after the initial order. They dealt with it and sent me most of the missing items. I gave up on the final one.

The products are fine. I get the impression this is a small company and you should still use them and support small businesses! This was probably a rare occurrence and I feel bad leaving an average review but the customer service side of the website needs tweaking. The web chat seems set to be in German, for example, despite the company being based in the UK.

All yarn arrived safely as ordered

Difficult review - quick service but needed to return the yarn as colour not suitable. PLEASE BE AWARE the company retains 30% of the purchase cost if the goods are returned - no other yarn companies I've used do this. I will not be purchasing from them in the future.

I live in the USA and it is so hard to find Anchor embroidery floss, we mainly have DMC. I found a headless horseman cross stitch pattern that was made for Anchor embroidery floss, I know you can convert the colors to DMC and get pretty close but I wanted to get the colors that it was ment to have as this is going to be a gift for my boyfriend. I was so happy when I found this companies website, it had all the colors I needed and was very reasonably priced. I was also very happy that even tho this company was outside the USA the shipping was extremely fast. Next time I get a pattern that calls for Anchor embroidery floss I'll definitely be ordering from here again!!! 😁

My order was correct and came at a good time so thank you! I am not keen on the smelly recyled plastic packaging. Hopefully you will find a way to use biodegradable packaging : ).
I would order from hobby jobby again if I can find rowan yarn as the Drops splits often, not hobby jobbys fault though.

I don't want to be leaving a 1 star review as what arrived did so quickly and was as expected. However, only half of what I ordered arrived and they are not responding to my emails.

Easy purchase & arrived on time. Prices are good and a lovely selection of colours.

Ribbon yarn delivered very quickly. First time used hobbyjobby will use again. But not so sure about ribbon yarn! The constant untwisting driving me mad!!
