Item clearly described and arrived earlier than expected. Everything is included, nice clear instructions. Looking forward to getting started on this project.

Ordered on this site as they advertised a delivery date. There was no message of missing delivery. Had to chase multiple times after the missed delivery date for an update. Despite paying for delivery, there was no communication of delays.

Company ver slow to respond to my return request, finally got told how to send and still waiting for refund 4 weeks later. Will never order again!

Will never use this company again. Shocking customer service. I never received the goods I ordered and paid for. I waited several weeks before chasing and had to contact them 3 times before I received any reply, but even then the goods were not sent. I eventually asked for a refund but this request wasn’t acknowledged and I so I am now in the process of trying to get a refund through my bank.

I am getting in touch because I ordered 4 Rico Essentials Merino DK Anthracite Melange colour, but I received 4 completely different yarn: essentials cotton DK (its brown not grey)
Please find attached the photo of it.
Please can I have a refund?

Really reasonable prices and range of kits. My order arrived in good time and was really nicely packaged, with all the kits in good quality. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.

ordering and delivery very fast and arrived in excellent condition, very happy and will definately be ordering again.

Well what can I say on one side if the coin great value prices and great choice but on the other side of the coin failure tobread an order out of 40+ items on the order only received the last 10 items even then 4 items were duplicated after complaing they asked what id received and then sent the rest no real apology from then nothing at all in the replacement other a blank piece of paper difficult to recommend if you go on customer service

Terrible company. Took my money, told me my order would arrive in 2-2.5 weeks. A month later, nothing. No response to multiple emails. No response on socials. Finally, after 3 months, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and 3 days later, the company emailed to say the order was cancelled (and I am blocked on socials now). Got my item shipped within one day from another vendor on eBay. Hobby Jobby is the worst company I have dealt with in a while.

They have stolen my money

I love all the wools I have ordered from you. They knit up beautifully and my family are very pleased with the results. However the delivery has been very slow, much longer than the 2-5 days advertised.

Lovely wool at a decent price and delivered quickly. No complaints.

Just what I wanted

Color doesn’t match the picture at all. Ordered light grey almost beige, received darkest ugly grey. Tone is not even. Wool is extremely thin. Don’t order it!
