HNW is a fraudulent company. They stole €4,000 in upfront fees with no funds to provide the loan. Then a very abusive call from Ben Shaw which I recorded. He a liar and a fraudster. Do not pay him fees upfront.
And since I filed this review they are asking for more information and my full name etc. So they must have ripped off a lot of customers if just one person doesn't stand out.
As you can see from the other reviews, I'm not the first client they scammed.

Needed some bridge financing for a property refurbishment and didn't want to deal with traditional bank delays. They accepted my asset mix as security and sorted out the funding much faster than expected. Decent rates for this type of lending too.

They issued loan terms and Took £4000 off me . Their Valuer didn’t send the report until 10 weeks after they instructed him . This lender played me out of time and left me in default with my current lender . The MD spoken to me like I was a child .he accused me of being dishonest because the solicitor I chosen didn’t have 3 partners when I was never told this was their requirements to begin with. I have been bridging for nearly 20 years and I have never been treated like this . Be wary as they issue the offer and take £4000 from you and have no intention on completing on the loan . Expensive and fail to deliver .

I've been with HNW for nearly 6 years now, and it has been one of my most consistent investment platforms. Returns are strong, the platform is transparent, and whenever I've needed support the team has been quick to respond. I feel my money is in safe hands here.

I have been investing with HNW Lending for about 8 years now. Overall l would say my returns are about 10% and I do have to admit that some of the loans have gone into default. However the great thing about HNW Lending is that they really go after the borrowers who default quickly and in general l have had all my capital back and interest even no defaulted loans.

I've continued for that long because, for investors, they offer a simple but effective service that is easy to understand and has been financially worthwhile. I've found them trustworthy to deal with and easy to contact when I need to. It's also reassuring to know that the owners invest significantly in each loan, so they have an additional incentive to ensure your investment is safe. Overall, a very good P2P lending platform.

Since 2017, I have been lending via HNW as a superior return alternative to bond funds without the exposure to fees or price fluctuations. I particularly like i) the reassurance that comes from the directors taking a first tranche loss position in every loan, and ii) the speed of responsive of Ben and his team whenever I ask a question.

It is not for high net worth individuals!
It's for pretend wealth, preferably pretend corporate wealth!
Sad to say there are no true high net wealth lenders in the UK, probably because there are very very few high net worth individuals in the UK!

Really good experience here, everything handled as agreed without hassle. Would recommend.

When borrowing from a lender especially at bridging rates, the true test is when things get difficult how they act.

I thought I would try them out for something different. I started the process with them, but never actually borrowed funds, but having seen how they acted, it is clear their priority is money and not the customer.

With lending like this, you want to see the lender as your partner in business and I get the strong feeling this is not who HNW are.

There are other lenders out there who are much more relationship based.

I have made numerous investments with HNW over the past five years and have been pleased with my investments. I have been very impressed with the responsiveness of HNW to any questions that I have raised - always answering quickly and thoroughly.
My preference would be to invest in smaller amounts (ie £2,000 per business) but I respect HNW's £10,000 model and to-date, this has worked very successfully for me.

HNW lending was excellent at getting me a bridging loan when I was about to lose my property, they made sure I got the loan I needed and was so helpful and understanding that’s why I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I strongly recommend.

I have been an investor with HNW for around 10 years now; investing in over 65 loans. The HNW online platform is well-set out and clear and has all the information easily to hand that an investor would need to decide which loans to participate in. HNW are very responsive and respond quickly and are very helpful. Over the years they have refined their due diligence and are now much better at screening out bad loans, and are proactive and vigilant at anticipating and resolving potential losses. They are very good at keeping lenders informed and consulting on progress being made and if there is any decision that requires lender input they circulate a vote.
