These guys are the best around product is very good quality service is on point and if there is ever a issue (which rarely happens they can't control weather and mechanical issues) they are on it and fix it. They definitely take care of their people. I had some product that was pretty harsh and hard to smoke. I emailed them to ask what could be done to fix the issue. They were very understanding and offered to give me what I payed in store credit plus an extra $50 for the inconvenience. I made my new order and ended up getting more product than originally.

Prompt and helpful customer service. They take the time for customers and that’s worth its weight in gold these days. Also everything I’ve received has been the same as the pictures on the site.

Great customer service. Get back to questions in a timely matter with clear answers to questions. Good product as well. Would have given 5 stars, but the prices can be a little high at times. i sadly google deals for the 4th and found this company offer 3 free gifts, 25%off and a raffle entry. i only got the original item i selected and nothing more. apperently there is invisible text somewhere stating a purchase limit but it was not stated anywhere on the site in clear lettering

Shady business... u can get some teir 3 rosin at cheap prices if thats what your into... the rest their products are even more trash than that though. Also expect for shipping to take 2×3x longer than say crysp, goldenhour, Southern harvest, arete, bks, phc, I could keep going basically it's a trash brand with questionable ethics... don't let them fool you with a bunch of freebies..

once i found out about these guys it was game over.. super reliable , quick , and discrete. costumer service is the best i’ve ever encountered and there products are by far top of the line.
