Amazing service, top quality workmanship and Abbie is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met.

Needed 2 diamond cut wheels repaired after an unfortunate incident with a curb. Really competitive price, Abbie arranged the collection of my vehicle. Work done the same day to a high standard. You cannot tell there was any damage. Super impressed and will definitely recommend and use again.

Damon Gilbert was very helpful in guiding the whole repair process with the Third Party Insurers and repairing the damage to my bumper. He assisted me to navigate and expedite the whole process which had been delayed by insurers despite 3rd Party admitting all liability.
After the repairs, I also had an annual service there guided by Matthew Wren. I was glad to have had his advice and service. I am hoping to return to H&L to carry out another repair re air con, due to the satisfactory service I has from both these departments at H&L.

Car collected and returned as agreed. From start to finish the body shop were efficient and the car returned in immaculate condition. A particular thank you to the gentleman who I spoke to several times on the phone, always polite and informative. I highly recommend this company for body repairs.

Elderly driver + elderly Audi in for Mot (car, not driver!!). Always an annual heart-stopper. Receptionist Abbie very friendly, welcoming and professional. Rang within minutes of MoT being done to announce successful pass. Fed up with shoddy workmanship, being ripped off & overcharged by Audi main dealerships, on personal recommendation I switched many years ago to H&L Motors for servicing, repairs & MoTs. They've never let me down. Service faultless, to consistently high standard, repairs fairly priced, genuine parts used. Customer service exemplary - as proof I cite contacting them 3 days before Xmas Eve 2021, desperate to salvage non-functioning windscreen wipers from ruining a 4-night Xmas away in Cheltenham & motorised Cotswolds tour I'd long promised my Ukrainian friend for years. With most staff absent & winding down for Xmas, despite parts no longer obtainable (either new, after-market or 2nd-hand), nevertheless H&L Motors (Matthew) and a hero unnamed mechanic somehow repaired the wipers by 23rd Dec. Xmas a success despite torrential downpour the whole trip. The repaired wipers coped brilliantly!

The first time we visited Matthew took the time to sort the seat out in my sons Polo, it was only a five minute fix which he did complimentary but sadly my son had been refused his driving test the day prior because the seat was not engaged in the bracket properly !
Abbey was a star fitting us in for a service prior to the next driving test even though they were fully booked.
I’ve just been back for the service on the car and will continue using and recommending them. Also for my car.
In my experience all of the team are friendly and have a smile when they see you which makes for a pleasant visit.

Brilliant service from the first day I contacted them to book my car in for alloy wheel work. Receptionist (Abbie) even gave information about buses and where I could go while I waited for work to be completed- definitely going the extra mile. Staff friendly and welcoming. Facility clean and tidy.

Had a problem with a wheel and they fitted ne in on short notice and were really helpful and honest. Ultimately they could not fix the issue but didn't charge anything for the investigations. Brilliant customer service and will now use them for other work.
