Excellent service and excellent results. My car had been given a scratch and small dent whilst parked in a supermarket carpark. HL did a great job in getting rid of both scratch and dent so that you would never have known they were there. Would recommend this company.

What an excellent garage. Everyone there from the Receptionists, to Gareth, the Estimator and the Repair Team were so helpful and very understanding. Nothing was too much for them. Gareth went out of his way to make sure I had a car to drive after being let down by the courtesy car hire company and pursued my insurance company endlessly to get my repairs done.
On collecting my vehicle. All I can say is: It looked as good as it did when it came off the production line. You can’t get better than that.

HL Motors was a pleasure to work with. Our Audi got hit in a car park and we were referred to HL Motors from Walton Audi. Gareth was amazing from the first encounter to my last, he was informative, professional and made the whole experience stress free.

Recommended to me and have since fixed a few issues without any difficulties. Very nice people to deal with and happy to repair my old vehicle compared to some of the luxy cars of other customers. I'll be back.

Best ‘panel beater’ I have ever used

My car was repaired here after being dented by another car when stationary . It was the insurer who chose the company and I was very lucky they did. Glen explained what was needed at every stage and appreciated that I was desperate to keep it rather than have it written off. Melanie in reception was very helpful too initially. They were very quick at authorising repairs , getting the parts and replacing them to a high standard. The car looks like new! The car that mine was shunted into is taking a lot longer to repair. I would use them for other work if it wasn’t for the fact that I live in Wandsworth and hate driving through Kingston

I took my car this time to HL motors to fix an oil leak. I have no complaints, all of the employees are very polite and professional. I also have my car serviced and MOT here once a year and have done so for a number of years They always keep me updated on issues that may need to be fixed rather than just doing it so I am fully aware of the cost before it’s done.

Service was seamless from start to finish. I would recommend H&L to others. Good value for money. Good service.

My car was damaged which included a broken windscreen, which meant the car was not drivable. Damon at H&L was a fantastic help, organising collection, managing my insurance company and smoothing out the entire process. His help is deeply appreciated, keeping me informed of all the moving parts of the repair. The repair itself is faultless, panel gaps, paint matching, calibration of all the sensors are as it was coming out of the factory. Highly recommended!
