Reliable company
Very helpful when dropping off and picking up the trailer for a routine service. All jobs requested were completed and quotes given for replacement parts before being ordered. Will use H K Trailers for my next service.

Good customer service and equipment
Recently hired the motorbike trailer. HK Trailers were responsive to questions and the equipment was in very good condition. They also provided a toolbox for handling any eventuality and straps to attach the motorbike. We fitted a MV Agusta F3 and had no problems with trailer accommodating a bike with wide rear tyre. Would use them again.

Replacing damper on Bailey Orion hitch.
Super helpful on the phone. They gave me advice on how to fit the damper on my Al-Ko tow hitch and helped me choose the correct replacement. I took off the plastic cover on the front of my bailey caravan and gave them the number stamped on.
So glad I didn’t use the YouTube video by Ruskyskull Productions.
I removed 1 bolt from the back and 1 bolt from the front and it easily slid out. I then pushed in the replacement, stuck in the bolt. I then slowly pushed in the back end with a small piece of wood until the hole lined up and the whole job was done in 10 mins.
Great company to deal with.

Very straightforward and efficient
I hired a good quality trailer, it came with a comprehensive tool kit and instructions, and the handover and acceptance were quick and slick.

I've always borrowed trailers from…
I've always borrowed trailers from friends before, but wasn't able to this time. The price seemed very reasonable. They were able to make a reg plate at a decent price so I didn't have to use sharpie written on cardboard. The trailer was brilliant. Really can't fault them. It was so good and convenient I'll probably go with them next time rather than get an old knackered one for free from a mate.
